Important information:

Accessibility Notice for Spring Hill Gardens: Our property is a 3-story walkup with stair access to each level. Unfortunately, we do not have elevators, which may make our accommodations less suitable for guests with mobility issues, such as families with toddlers or seniors requiring wheelchair access.

Weekly Apartment Servicing: Apartments receive a weekly service, including a starter pack of essentials like soaps, detergents, toilet paper, and tea and coffee supplies.

Reception Hours: Please be aware that Spring Hill Gardens Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

Payment Surcharges: A surcharge of 1.5% applies for payments made with Visa or Mastercard, and a 3% surcharge is applicable for payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

Payment and Damage Deposit: Payment for your stay will be processed shortly after the booking grace period ends. Upon arrival, a 200 AUD damage deposit is pre-authorized, refundable following your departure, provided there is no key loss, the room is maintained clean, and no damage is detected.

Undercover Parking: Limited on-site undercover parking is available for an additional charge. If you require parking, please ensure to contact us in advance to secure a spot.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Good location without being right in the city, secure parking and a pool

Cons:

The unit is very small and very tired, in need of some love and attention. Loads of stairs if you have luggage

Not a very pleasant experience and would not recommend it.

Great staff, terribly dirty apartment.

Great location, close to Brisbane CBD. Roomy. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Very, very dirty and worn down. The apartment was in terrible condition and hadn't been cleaned properly for what felt like months. The dishwasher was loose and there was about half a kilo of red lentils just sweeped under it. The oven was so greasy and smelly that it was absolutely unusable. All the furniture was terribly stained. The glass 'dining table' was so filthy that it was virtually opaque. The kitchen counter was full of burn marks. I could go on. It's a very long list.
