Important information:

Accessibility Notice for Spring Hill Gardens: Our property is a 3-story walkup with stair access to each level. Unfortunately, we do not have elevators, which may make our accommodations less suitable for guests with mobility issues, such as families with toddlers or seniors requiring wheelchair access.

Weekly Apartment Servicing: Apartments receive a weekly service, including a starter pack of essentials like soaps, detergents, toilet paper, and tea and coffee supplies.

Reception Hours: Please be aware that Spring Hill Gardens Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

Payment Surcharges: A surcharge of 1.5% applies for payments made with Visa or Mastercard, and a 3% surcharge is applicable for payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

Payment and Damage Deposit: Payment for your stay will be processed shortly after the booking grace period ends. Upon arrival, a 200 AUD damage deposit is pre-authorized, refundable following your departure, provided there is no key loss, the room is maintained clean, and no damage is detected.

Undercover Parking: Limited on-site undercover parking is available for an additional charge. If you require parking, please ensure to contact us in advance to secure a spot.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Two bedrooms both ensuite was good

Cons:

Definitely not clean. Windowsills filthy as was bedroom floor. Filter on upstairs portable aircon was in need of a clean. TV reception non existent. Remotes for TV and Fan has flat batteries

We made our own fun so weren't there too long.
Pros:

A good location but failed in many areas.

Cons:

Office not attended. Room not clean - dust and mold. No Wifi or instructions on how to use it.
The place is getting tired and definitely needs a refresh - even just a coat of paint or fixing the cracked tiles.
Ants constantly crawling over the bed and room areas.
Pool not available for use.
The rate was high for what was presented on arrival - not the website.

Comfortable, good location in the cbd.
Pros:

I liked it was an actual apartment, separate bedroom, kitchen, lounge room.

It was ok but a little more attention to detail could make it so much better.

roomy, every thing we needed

Cons:

shower is not a shower-it is just a tap. the shower head is broken. one wine glass for 2 people and that had a large crack. a can of insect spray would be handy-ants on bench tops in the mornings and the odd cockroach wandering through. Piece of carpet in the bottom of the wardrobe looks like it was salvaged from a skip-bare floor would look better. the bed base should be on legs no just dropped on the floor. toilet roll holder is nearly falling off the wall.

It was a mixed residential and guest facility. The resident patios were full of trash and piles of stuff. There were used sanitary products on the footpath one morning.

We arrived after the check-in time and the cleaner was in the room still. She was lovely just a very socially awkward interaction after a long day travel and wanting to rest.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment well located for medical specialists (the purpose of our visit).
Pros:

Location was perfect. This visit was for medical reasons and the facilities were close to the surgery and also close to the CBD.

Pool was looking like it needed cleaning so we could not use it
