Strongly dont reccomend this place. On our first night they could not give us our room (told us they would refund they didnt) and gave us a filthy Family Room that smelled horrible. We came back the next day and got a room. This place is as low budget and as filthy as you can get.
The room which was booked for a family of 4 was tiny, literally with a space for beds ONLY!! Even to drink water you had to go in the bathroom. Was told to use shared kitchen somewhere in the property. Upgrated by paying $150 more for my 2 days stay resulting in broken appliances and tv not working!! Breakfast was given at after 9.30am next morning which was not buffet. The property is advertised very wrongly on the site.
First, they tell you to call the property 24 hours prior to arriving to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the hotel. I called over and over, about a dozen times within the 24 hours. They never answered the phone. We had to pay for a taxi. We were hungry, but they had nothing to sell us to eat-nothing at all-but that was fine. Then with 2 heavy suitcases, they gave us a room in the back of the property, up a very old wooden staircase to the second floor. We noticed the clothes lines first that were strung up across from the broken screen door that would not close, that led to our room. The room was old-that was fine. There were 3 twin beds fro the 2 of us-also fine. The bathroom was gross. There was no toilet paper and the bar of soap that was on the sink had been previously used. I had to walk back to the front desk and ask for soap and toilet paper. The sink was dirty and mold was collecting by the faucet. The shower was nasty. I heard laughing (partying) from the neighbors somewhere nearby through the night and into the early hours of the morning. Fortunately, we left very early the next day skipping our showers.

The staff were very pleasant however the property was extremely dirty, old and run down. the walls had dirt marks all over them. The outside porch area at the back had muddy footprints all over it from our arrival to when we checked out. The condition was poor that we wanted to relocate to a new accommodation, but unfortunately nothing was available due to a concert happening during our stay which must have resulted in accommodations being fully booked.
I will never ever stay at this place ever again.
I got in 8.30pm. Just to find that the room ive book for was resold to someone with staff on day shifts.
Took 2 hours for them to find another hotel which they put me on for that night.

The bedsheet was very dirty with stains on pillows bathroom not clean aswell aircondition was playin arnd so we jzt use ceiling fan .hmm was not worth it as we paid 380 usd ..
Was grubby dated tv didn’t go fridge was noisy in same room didn’t get the room we booked noise next door was very so loud only a 1 thick sheet on bed no extra blankets
No controls for tv or air conditioning had to back to office to find them then didn’t go shower was gross stuff all over floor of shower tap in bathroom looked like was going to fall off food for supplied breakfast was porridge toast and steamed buns jam and butter some oldish oozing fruit tea and coffee
Room was dirty no towels sheets dirty with stains air con didn’t work bathroom dirty in bad condition
The restaurant was out of order the bar closed out of order
The whole resort in very bad repair

To start we organised to get our party of 4 from the airport to the resort they were a no show! We had to organise our own transport!
I would not recommend this resort to anyone! Wotif should send someone to stay there and you would be deleting this resort from your website! No dining facilities no bar facilities! Breakfast was a choice of Baked beans- Porridge- pancakes and toast that’s it! No ice available! This resort is poorly outdated and in a state of repair and should be advertised as such! The staff were friendly and helpful considering what they have to work with!
VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESORT AND WILL HAVE TO DO MORE HOMEWORK IF I BOOK WITH WOTIF AGAIN!
I checked in and left within 30 minutes because the room was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, the front screen door had two large holes covered with paper towels. The back sliding door didn’t have a lock, which made me extremely concerned for my safety and the security of my belongings.
The room itself was filthy. The air conditioning wouldn’t go below a certain temperature, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Several windows were not properly sealed, adding to the discomfort.
I’ve attached photos so you can see exactly what I’m describing. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get a response from hotel management despite trying to reach them.
This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
