Lo staff gentilissimo
Sehr kinderfreundlich. Wer also die Stille und Ruhe sucht, ist dort definitiv nicht gut aufgehoben. Mitgebrachte Haustiere (Hunde) können leider auch schnell zum Störfaktor werden.
The location was near the beach which was convienent and the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.
The floors of the room was not fully clean.

I was booked on a Bella in Sella trip as arranged by the Belvedere Bike hotel (a 2 minute walk away!). Initially, I was worried that I wouldn't get the full Belvedere experience but I needn't have worried. I basically used this hotel as a place to sleep. I occasionally got a coffee from here and sat in the lobby or close to the pool (a lovely space although in late May the pool was like a hot tub and not quite as refreshing as what I needed after a hot bike ride! We were gifted with a super hot week of sunshine though with temperatures daily in the late 20s to 30s. Perfect!
My room was great. A large comfy and clean double bed and a little balcony that overlooked the front of the hotel complete with a small washing line which was useful when I needed to rinse any cycling kit! It was relatively quiet on the second floor.
The bathroom in my room was FAB! A lovely shower, bidet but the loo was behind the door which was odd. Various times I would get up in the night, fumble to the bathroom and plonk myself on to the bidet by mistake!!
The hairdryer provided wasn't great but I had brought my own.
My only gripe was that there was very little in the way of tea and coffee facilities (no coffee machine but that would have been a bonus rather than an expected!), not even UHT milk sachets which would have been helpful when I got up before going to the Belvedere. However, the reception staff were all super helpful and there is a lovely coffee machine downstairs in the hotel lobby. One day when it wasn't working, the man behind reception took me to the dining room and made me a coffee from their other machine (as a guest of the Belvedere, I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked pretty good and similar to facilities in the Belvedere). I was also offered glasses of milk which I put in my mini fridge in my room.
Also I had real issues with the AC. I never really worked out how to use it with the door card but even in the heat, I was not hot as I slept with my balcony door open. The AC did work and my room was usually lovely and cool!
The lights were also a mystery! So many switches. It took me forever on the first night to switch off the lights or I would be plunged into darkness as I was trying to get ready for bed!!More my problem than theirs!
All in all a lovely stay. I am seriously considering returning to the Belvedere next year and would be very happy to be put in this hotel again.

Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast with huge product range and it is located very close to the beach. We would like to suggest this great hotel to all families, great approach and support also with the kids.
The room was a bit small for 4 people, but in the end everything was welcoming and clean.
