High quality hotel with great amenities and a very comfy room!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, good location in regards to Disney, and great breakfast options

Cons:

A little far from SHA airport, so shuttles not available for this one. There are also time limits, so if your arrival is late, a shuttle will not be available.

Pros:

Отличный отель - я выбрала его, так как мы пларировали посещение Диснейленла и вылетали домой из аэропорта Пудун, и там, и там надо было быть рано утром, поэтосу отель выбрала по принципу - до 30 минут езды, а в другие дни в центр мне спешить не нужно.
Сам отель хороший - чистый, уютный, с отличным бассейном и большим выбором привычной европейской еды, вокруг отеля тоже много чего есть для комфортного прибывания.

Cons:

Не было такого. Все отлично.

Staff were very friendly and some were helpful.

Cons:

Says there is an airport shuttle but they don’t actually run it. Tried to get a coffee down at the coffee lounge/bar at 10am, saw other people drinking coffee but waited 20 minutes and no one turned up to serve us. Tried to book return transport to the airport using Holiday Inns recommended concierge (book via the QR codes in the room), however car didn’t turn up and staff wouldn’t help or call the company for me to find out what was happening, they didn’t seem to care and we had to book something else last minute. Luckily we had planned for extra time getting to the airport or we could’ve been late.

Поменять ковролин в номерах (очень старый), вонь курева в коридоре выветрить, персонал попросить быть попроще к гостям.
Pros:

Расположение, трансфер, завтрак, вид из окна на город, рядом торговый центр с кафе и супермаркетом, наличие бассейна и сауны.

Cons:

Некоторый персонал на ресепшене высокомерный. В женской раздевалке бассейна грубая хозяйка.
