The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:

Hotel to Pudong T2 airport: from 13:00 to 16:00, every day only one time.

An Pudong T2 airport shuttle service is available upon request from 13:00-17:00 for guests with bookings of 1 nights or more.

Lokalizacja 1, 7 km od stacji metra, ale można podjechać autobusem nr 43 lub 09 dwa przystanki. Wokół hotelu mnóstwo knajpek i centrum handlowe.,

Поменять ковролин в номерах (очень старый), вонь курева в коридоре выветрить, персонал попросить быть попроще к гостям.
Pros:

Расположение, трансфер, завтрак, вид из окна на город, рядом торговый центр с кафе и супермаркетом, наличие бассейна и сауны.

Cons:

Некоторый персонал на ресепшене высокомерный. В женской раздевалке бассейна грубая хозяйка.

Nice hotel, close to the airport
Pros:

Location is nice, relatively close to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and there is a choice of pillows (soft&hard) which is a nice touch. Shuttle is available if agreed with advance (however we did not use it). There is a shopping center with supermarket and fast foods just next to the hotel, and some other stores around the hotel. Hotel also has restaurant, bar and room service. Metro station is also close, some 10-15 minutes walk.

Cons:

Upon check-in, we were asked to pay a rather large deposit (500 CNY) even though Booking and my reservation do not state it anywhere in rules. However, it was refunded few days after check-out, but it would still be nice to inform the guests that deposit is expected.
Pool receptionist - she waited until we are in bathing suits and ready to go, to tell us that we are not allowed to go without swimming caps. Again, this is not stated anywhere in rules, on reception, and we were not informed in advance.

Wonderful, comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Hotel is really clean and comfortable. No bad smells in the room and no mould in the bathroom. What was exceptional was the staff. Simon Chen in particular made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to help us even before we arrived, and was very accommodating and helpful with various requests throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a good location - far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful, but still with plenty of good restaurants and a mall and convenience stores nearby. We had everything we needed while staying here. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.

Breakfast food was alright but can be improved :)
