Definitely stay again 😀
Pros:

Very comfortable room,.
Location to Suncorp Stadium was excellent
Well laid out rooms- spacious
Customer service was great.
Very impressed with the rooms - definitely value for money

Cons:

Towel hook to hang towels would be a bonus
Mothers room had a desk chair with broken leg- furniture needs to be checked foe if the chair collapsed due to broken leg mum vould have injured herself
Alittle more milk in fridge would be nice

We had a great stay.
Pros:

I chose this hotel for 5 days stay for the location (Next to a convenient mall with a lot of restaurants and shops and that is connected to a train station). But the hotel itself was much better than I expected. The comfortable bed and clean room etc. The staff was very freindly as well as very helpful. We had a great stay.

Will stay again!
Pros:

A wonderful stay at The Jephson Hotel! A fabulous location, 5 min walk to train, 15 min stroll to City Cat Regatta, very clean, beautiful room, free parking, 2 min walk to Toowong Village. Will definitely be staying again.

Such a handy location close to Toowong Village. I love the decor of the rooms as well as the large comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

This is our go to hotel when visiting our family in Toowong. Close to train, ferry, good food. Easy access to city. Comfortable, always clean and the staff are friendly.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean

Cons:

We arrived at 2.05pm. No one at reception. Another couple was waiting also. We waited until 2.20pm with no one at reception. A cleaner walked past and we asked for someone to check us in. She said, he's probably gone out for a coffee. Not good enough.... she went to the back office a brought out a woman. She was out there all along. We called out prior with no response.

Also when we checked out, there was 2 males at reception fooling around like children. Not very professional for this type of property.
