Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location near shops

Cons:

House keeping came a bit late in the day (around 1pm although we were out all morning until 12.30pm) and as we were getting ready for a wedding they couldn’t service our room and were finishing at 2pm.

Good location but VERY poor service
Pros:

Good location and we stay here often

Cons:

They have no desire to look after return guests!!! Charging $400 for a night for accom then still want to charge return guests who stay there very often more money just to put a bed together. Service here has gone downhill, managers obviously don’t care and staff not at all welcoming

Pros:

All facilities were fine, particularly off street parking.

Cons:

Reception closed at 7pm. Our late flight meant that we needed to access the external hotel safe for our key and registration documents. It would have been better if the process for this was explained by email or text before we arrived at the hotel.

A great find.
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a great part of Brisbane. The hotel is super clean and of a high standard. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped. There is a very good Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices within the hotel too.
