Pros:

Me gustó que estaba limpio.

Cons:

Fumaban fuera de nuestra habitación (en las sillas que teníamos para sentarnos) y entraba el olor, nos dimos cuenta porque dejaban la colilla del tabaco. Se supone que es colectivo pero que es el patio de la habitación y podían entrar los demás y dejar sus colillas

Séjour super agréable ! Une très belle adresse.
Pros:

Le logement est super bien équipé, confortable, très spacieux et calme. L'accueil formidable.
Le métro est à deux pas ainsi qu un supermarché !
Ça fait déjà deux séjours que nous faisons à la Ferme des Barmonts ! Et nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Buono in tante cose ..ma c'è da migliorare

Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, la struttura grande e stanze spaziose

Cons:

La pulizia potrebbe migliorare, si sente puzza di muffa in alcuni punti e nel mio monolocale sia in bagno che sul piano cottura c'erano formiche.

Wonderful memories to finish our holiday
Pros:

Location to train, bus services, supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Manager very friendly and helpful when we first arrived and later with general information on travel around Paris giving us a map and marking it. The apartment had very comfortable beds, plenty hot water for showers and the kitchen had all the cooking needs for our meal preparation. We would stay again.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, y la habitación con cocina incluida estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Me pareció que la limpieza estaba un poco descudiada en algunos aspectos. Había polvo y hasta telarañas en algunos sitios. También era demasiado visible desde fuera de la habitación, pero eso no era tan dramático.
