Perfect location.
Pros:

A very nice small hotel. My room was small, but the location is excellent. The room was quiet and warm, and there is air conditioner. The hotel staff are very friendly.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that there is a sink in the room, and the taps on it are very loose. The rest was excellent. Do not forget that you have to pay extra for parking.
