Pros:

Short walk to Queen Elizabeth Theater with great access to skytrain station. Classic downtown hotel. Staff was friendly and caught that we had been given the wrong room.
Called us in our room with a shared bath and upgraded us to room with private bathroom. If you enjoy older buildings with character this is your perfect accomodation.

Cons:

Smaller rooms with old fashion lock and keys.

It does not worth this price. The facility provided is bad.
Pros:

The location is good. The tea and coffee at the lounge are nice.

Cons:

The room is too small. The internet connection is so slow. The duvet does not help me sleep well.

Besides, when I stored my bag, they didn't give me a confirmation tag. How can I make sure that someone else will not take my bags?

Pros:

Location and quirkiness of hotel

Cons:

Front end staff was rude to husband on one day of stay, when he asked if he could get coffee from coffee station early. Should be able to use it before early checkout

I didn’t even get to go there the front doors they guy had door lock and wouldn’t let me in

They scammed me they wouldn’t even let me in the hotel I couldn’t get refund or anything I would not recommend staying here bunch of Karen’s that run the place so I payed for hotel and didn’t even get to stay there had to go book another hotel somewhere else they took my mom $190
