La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer…
Ménage superficiel (miroir pas lavé, poussière derrière les meubles).
Serviettes sales (grosses traces noires sur 2 d’entre elles).
Bonde de douche endommagée.
Nous avons utilisé le jacuzzi qui n’était pas propre (un pédiluve serait sûrement un plus).
What I find insane is that I made a reservation for 4 nights from their websites as I had a planned 5 days event and then as I wasn’t sure I could come 2 extra days i made a cancellable reservation for a comparable room on Booking. I wrote them to explain that it was basically the same reservation. They put me in 2 different rooms and the room booked via Booking was horrible (as small as a coffin).
The hotel had the most stunning views and the location was superb only a 5 minute walk into Cap Ferrat. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the lady who ran the breakfast room was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
Nothing worth mentioning.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. We had rooms on the 2nd floor which offered the most stunning view of the Cap, the rooms are perfectly big enough with super comfy King beds and very good aircon, we slept so well with no noise at all which was bliss. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. We had breakfast on some of our mornings which offered everything you need and other mornings we had breakfast out and about. It's nice there is that flexibility. The swimming pool area is an added bonus and very welcome in the warm weather. The whole place is kept beautifully clean and it really does feel like a boutique hotel. There don't seem to be that many Tripadvisor reviews, however reading the visitors book and talking to other guests I can see that this is a bit of a best kept secret and people really do love this place and return frequently. It's brimming with good reviews.
Location - absolutely perfect, so much to do! A 5 min walk down the hill into the Village and Port - lots of restaurant choices, a handy supermarket and a delicious Boulangerie (btw the hotel are fine about you bringing food in). Multiple stunning walks, both around the Cap and a lovely flat coastal path to Beaulieu Sur Mer. We also walked (less than 10 mins) to Villa Ephrussi which is gorgeous and to various beaches on the Cap. The number 15 bus is very frequent and whisks you into Nice, VilleFranche and Beaulieu easily or Uber is very efficient and reasonable.
We also used JamTransfers for airport transfer, very reasonable, high grade vehicles, good drivers and on time.
The hotel was a great space for us to use as a base while we travelled the French Riviera.
The room itself was quite small for two people travelling with large bags, but if we were visiting for a few nights with carry-on luggage, it would be fine.
The property was great value for money.
The property had a nice looking pool, which unfortunately we didn't get to use, but it appeared very clean and comfortable.
Parking was available at an extra daily charge.
There was no lift, and we were on the top floor of the hotel.
If you're travelling with large luggage, perhaps book an accessible room, and call the hotel in advance to be booked on the lower floor of the hotel.

Nothing I disliked
Reception staff very friendly and helpful in every way. Pool was lovely. Parking was reserved for us and this was essential and appreciated. Very convenient walk to port, beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely location. Bus at front door if required.
Room and bathroom were very small for us as we had a lot of luggage this being part of a long trip for us. Balcony had lovely view of the sea and the pool.
