Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De ligging en de vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers.

Cons:

De foto’s op de site zijn niet van het hotel maar van het restaurant. Het hotel zelf ziet er minder aantrekkelijk uit maar de receptie is prachtig, de kamer was compact maar van alle luxe voorzien.

Cons:

Digitaal inchecken verliep hopeloos. Uiteindelijk gewoon een pasje meegekregen om kamerdeur te openen.

Great location, comfortable room
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. The roof terrace outside the room was very nice. The woodland setting was excellent particularly as there was a parkrun in the forest on the Saturday.

Cons:

We had a problem with cigarette smoke in the bathroom on arrival. The staff were very helpful and brought an air freshener which helped - the smoke did return the next morning so may be linked to a ventilation issue from another room. There were also cobwebs on the ceiling!

Comfy bed, looooooonggg deep bath
Pros:

Comfy bed, big windows, in the woods. Decent tower fan and a mini fridge and a long deep bath

Duvets were very nice.


Have been here before when we last came to Roadburn Festival in 2019, and the staff are exeptional and extremely healthy

Cons:

Vegan breakfast options limited, would love more hot breakfast options

Would have loved a traditional key/card for the door instead of relying on phones/email link to login
