Echt niet een aanrader om hier te gaan verblijven.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was oké, de omgeving was prachtig. Verder geen positieve punten te benoemen. Het was een aanfluiting. Via het bedrijf hadden wij een training bij Van der Borne (zij hebben dit hotel aanbevolen), maar ik schaamde mij diep voor mijn gasten die ik uitgenodigd had. Niemand heeft goed kunnen slapen. Ook geen airconditioning of een raam wat open kon. Geen ventilators op de kamers.

Cons:

Het personeel was echt niet voor de horeca geschapen. Een team ging goed, maar het andere team was echt niet gastvrij en behulpzaam. We moesten zelf om alles vragen. We kwamen in het restaurant en het personeel zat rond de tafel te roken. We moesten zelf vragen waar we konden zitten en toen kwam er niemand bij ons tafel om de bestelling op te nemen. Niets kwam automatisch ons kant op... echt nog nooit meegemaakt.
Enkel bedjes van 70 cm breed waren tegen elkaar aangeschoven om het een dubbelbed te laten lijken. Tijdens de nachtrust lagen we tussen de bedden op de grond.

Toller kurzer Stop für eine Nacht mit Fahrrad unterstell Möglichkeit.

Grosszügiges Zimmer und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Direkt am Hotel geht rechts und links die Durchgangsstraße vorbei. Nachts geht die Lautstärke sollte man trotzdem berücksichtigen bei der Buchung.

Voor het doel waarvoor we naar Reusel kwamen was het hotel goed

Het ontbijt was goed, de ligging is tussen twee doorgaande wegen wat lawaai van de auto's veroorzaakte, we hadden hier rekening mee gehouden

Cons:

Wij vonden dat het personeel niet erg enthousiast is, vooral de jongere die regelmatig met hun telefoon bezig waren i.p.v. zich bezig te houden met de gasten. Ook willen we opmerken dat de gesloten fietsstalling te klein is. met regelmaat was er onvoldoende ruimte.
