A lovely stay in Lahemaa National Park & great value for money
Pros:

The property and the park are exceptionally nice. And there are interesting places to visit on the property : an old mill, the vodka distillery museum etc... really great to have opened those up to the guests. There is a great swimming pool and sauna which we did not use due to a power failure (due to a storm, a tree fell on the line) : a generator was quickly set in motion and we were kept well informed of progress so good management of client expectations. Dinner and breakfast were also good experiences in the old manor. There was even an electric charger for our car, which worked (different circuit)... great stay.

Cons:

Can't think of anything i did not like.

Great location, staff and food, but not a good room, very dated and poor bathroom.
Pros:

The pool was great, and dinner in the restaurant was exceptional.

Cons:

We were told our room was an upgrade, but although it was large it was not good. The bedroom area (arch through from the main room) had no windows, yet the small attic style windows in the main room let in loads of early light as the blinds were very thin. The bedroom and bathroom were very dated with a very small shower at one end of a small corner bath.

Meeldiv puhkus üheks ööpäevaks.
Pros:

Kvaliteedi-hinna suhe hea kuna veel ei olnud suveperioodi hinnad. Kuna kõrts oli suvehooajaks juba avatud, siis õhtusöögi ajal oli valida nii kõrtsu kui hotelli restorani vahel. Kõrtsus olid väliterrassil väga mõnusad soojalambid, mis muutsid ka veid jaheda ilmaga terrassi kasutamise mõnuseka.

Cons:

Ujula/sauna osa suleti liiga vara, see võiks olla avatud vähemalt 22:00-ni.

Pros:

Потрясающая природа, замечательная усадьба и отдельные виллы, чудесный и приветливый персонал, удобный и чистый номер, белоснежное постельное бельё. На столе чайник, чайные пакетики и минеральная вода. В номере маленький холодильник. В этом месте была уже 3 раза и обязательно вернусь.

Cons:

Для меня была немного неудобная подушка - большая и твёрдая. Всё остальное великолепно.

Suurepärane v.a. broneeringu eest tasumine!

Cons:

Broneerimine läbi Booking. comi. on täiesti kliente eksitav. Tühistamisvõimalus: Tagasimaksevõimaluseta. Ettemakse: Sult võidakse igal ajal võtta ettemakse broneeringu koguhinna ulatuses. Makseandmed: Tagasid KREEDITKAARDIGA oma broneeringu. Uba on ainult selles, et hotell ei maksa Bookingule selle eest, et Booking võtaks maha raha sinu kaardilt majutuse eest. Eestis ei ole majutusasutustel endil võimekust raha kaardilt maha võtta, nagu seda on Booking. comil kui nendega on tehtud leping. Antud hotellil sellist lepingut pole ja sa ei tea iial, kas raha võeti või ei võetud kaardilt, kui sa seda ei jälgi. Vihula mõis teatab, et "Sisseregistreerimisel tuleb külastajatel esitada kehtiv fotoga isikut tõendav dokument ja KREDIITKAART? Kas ilma krediitkaardita (olen ju selle broneerimisel Booking.comis juba autoriseerinud) hotelli ei saagi ja mida Te selle krediitkaardi vaatamisega saavutate, sest muud võimekust peale vaatamise ju ei ole. Tegelikult kui hotelli ei saabu, pole Teil mingit võimalust saada selle eest tasutud.
Tegin broneeringu oma pojale ja kinnitasin enda krediitkaardiga. Olin täiesti kindel, et Booking. võtab raha maha nagu seda alati on tagasimaksevõimaluseta majutuse puhul tehtud. Ei võetud, hotelli lepingu puudumise tõttu. Antud olukorras oleks poeg ise pidanud registreerimisel oma kingituse eest maksma. Huvitav kust ta selle KREDIITKAARDI oleks pidanud veel välja võluma. Hea, et päev ennem avastasin ja lasin saata arve.
Hotell ja teenendus on suurepärane. Tehke oma maksesüsteem korda ja kõik on rõõmsad.

Pros:

Номер,завтрак,повезло с соседями и погодой.,чистое белье,,чай,кофе,водичка в номере,очень хорошая косметика .,животные на территории.

Cons:

Отсутствие халатов и тапочек при наличии спа, стеклянные полки в ванной, которые плохо закреплены и без бортиков,на них стояли стаканчики из стекла,которые разбились,пришлось ночью идти к администратору,вся ванна была в мелких осколка,,,это очень опасно,задумайтесь + очень испортился ресторан и трактир-выбрать поесть нечего,просьба вернуть старое меню....

Pros:

Es un gran complejo, muy bonito para pasear.
La habitación estaba cuidada y limpia.
Wifi funcionaba bien.
La cama era cómoda.
El desayuno variado y delicioso.

Cons:

Faltan unas buenas cortinas que cubran la luz solar.
Y en el spa esta permitido los niños... A veces puede ser tranquilo o a veces no... (Una niña en el jacuzzi con flotadores y chillando, no fue muy relajante).
