positiv Parkplatz vor dem Hotel
Frühstück ist ok ,habe aber nicht viel gegessen. musste früh los.

Cons:

Leider hat das Zimmer nach irgend einem starken parfüm gerochen, das ich auch nach intensivem Lüften nicht raus brachte.
Der empfang war pragmatisch aber sehr kurz angebnden.

Strassenlärm!
Möbelrucken von andern zimmern. Man könnte Filze unter die Stuhlbeine setzen lassen
Lautes Reden auf den Balkonen oder Fernsehen

Would I come back: most likely
Pros:

Location - easy to find, plenty of free parking space, short walk to the train station. With free train transport a quick 7min transfer to the heart of Luzern;
Room - size wise OK, enough electrical plugs, comfy bed, not too noisy
Bath - shower worked well;
Wifi - worked well;
Breakfast - good choice, nothing to complain about, starts 7.30; Very good restaurant.
Reasonably priced.

Cons:

A minifridge would be a bonus.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Nur 8 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Der Zug kam immer pünktlich. In 7 Minuten konnte man mit dem Zug nach Luzern kostenlos mit der Gästekarte fahren.

Cons:

Eine Gardarobe zum Aufhängen der Jacken wäre gut gewesen

Great base for touring Lucerne, Interlaken, and nearby areas
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and responsive. I needed to keep a medication chilled, and they installed a small refrigerator in the room. The room was clean and functional.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty far from downtown Lucerne, and its a long walk to the train station.
