Een fijn verblijf met goede gastvrijheid voor een redelijke prijs.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitgebreide horeca en een goed restaurant. De kamer was erg schoon,het is niet gehorig en een fijn bed. Hierdoor een goede nachtrust kunnen krijgen.

Cons:

Er is geen airco op de kamer.

Pros:

Direction et personnel charmants, professionnels. Chambre bien agencée sans air conditionné. Rue en bordure bruyante de par la circulation des camions.
Restaurant avec terrasse, bonne cuisine.
Staff aimable et souriant.

Cons:

Bruit de circulation avec fenêtre ouverte. Pas de clim..

Pros:

Fint lille hotel, som fungerede godt som et stop med en overnatning på vej til Nice.
Luzern er en rigtig fin by med en rigtig charmerende bymidte omgivet af bjerge

I personally would stay here again if I ever visit Luzern again.
Pros:

Very friendly and very helpful staff, close enough to public transport, good size rooms, separate balcony for the room, bug net for balcony door, blinds. The road outside is relatively quite, which means we could keep the balcony door open for fresh air on hot summer nights. I really like the building design - traditional Swiss style. Nice location, coffee and tea in the room. The bar looked nice but, we only were staying for 1 night and spend an entire day in town. So, we didn't get the chance to try the bar. But, it looked like a very cosy place for a evening drink and a nice view.

Cons:

To be honest, there was nothing that we didn't like apart from some small inconveniences - we found only one electrical socket in the room and, the kettle's electrical plug is bulky. Meaning, if you want to put the kettle on, you can't charge your electronic devices or have the fan plugged in. Also, because the fan is not tall and can only be kept on the table by the left bed, the right bed don't get any cool wind from it. It all get blocked by the closes person to the fan.

peut être installer la climatisation pour les étés à venir et changer les matelas qui sont en cuvette.
