Stay anywhere in the area but here if you can

i didnt like ANYTHING in this hotel

everything: after cancelling my first booking (1 night) through booking.com, without ANY excuse whatsoever when i called them, i took my room today to see that there's no warm water in the hotel, once again without ANY excuse.
the hotel is passably clean. Everything is old and damaged, if not half broken. the frame around th bathroom mirror is coming off. Little beings are crawling on the floor! no A/C, too soft mattress, broken window that barely closes... Thank God i'm only staying for 1 night and I will avoid being disappointed by the breakfast by skipping it. For 12 EUR... no, thank you. At least they could have offered to cover it to make t for the lack of warm water... but no, that's calld customer service and this is obviously NOT a consideration of this hotel. If only it had been cheap... 145 EUR for this is incredible.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in within europe.
Pros:

Location was ok,

Cons:

the room was dated, damaged shower, toilet. Stunk of smoke. very basic.

would question if this really was a 3 star hotel.

Pros:

The only good thing was the train station just 2 minutes away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very basic but comfortable. The room was spacious and the TV worked.

Cons:

The hotel is very poor quality and in need of a lot of work. It smells bad and lots of things are broken. My balcony door was broken and could not be closed luckily it was a very warm night. Everything in the hotel is outdated. It looks like a hotel from the 70s. I have requested a hotel by CDG Airport and this was booking.com choice. This hotel is miles away from the airport, nowhere near the airport.

Une première et une dernière ! Cet hôtel ne vaut pas une étoile ! Et le prix ne doit pas dépasser 30 euros la nuit !
Pros:

La seule chose positive était la propreté de la literie

Cons:

Cafards dans la chambre
Pas de climatisation
Attente plus de 15 min à la réception car y’avait personne ! Serviettes ramenées que 15 min plus tard
Meuble très vieux
Le bruits dans l’établissement et dans le quartier !
Je ne comprends pourquoi booking propose cet établissement !

Établissement était bien la chambre était propre

Cons:

Le problème, c'est que mon conjoint et moi n'avons pas dormi car le lit était inconfortable et nous avons eu mal au dos toute la nuit. Il y a quelques taches dans les serviettes draps et la chambre était glaciale car je n'avais pas de couette et la fenêtre était déjà légèrement abîmée
