My recent stay at Sultan Place in Istanbul was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the city. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Istanbul's rich history and vibrant culture. I found myself just a short walk away from iconic landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. After a day of sightseeing, I looked forward to returning to the hotel to unwind.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I highly recommend sultan place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Very central to the historical sites

Koselig lite hotell, hyggelig kar i resepsjonen, ligger godt tilrette. Ligger 50 meter fra moskeen så du kan risikere å bli vekket på natten. Akkurat hva du trenger alene på ferie.

Overall experience is so poor reception guy is so rude he gave us smelly room and there were no window in the room can you imagine I feel like I am living in a grave then I asked him to change but he’s asking me more money , I asked him for room service very bad respond we asked for iron he told us get it from reception and give us back ,like they have no employee to give us service ,they trying to scam us for taxi as well , overall may experience is so bad and exhausting

clean room, minimum service, can hear the voices from other rooms, toilet smells a little, roof top terrace has a beautiful view, walking distance to blue mosque/Hagia sofia, Yerebatan. Grand Bazaar and so on. close to supermarket.

The man in charge was so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. It was very clean and tidy. Fabulous roof top terrace with a great view over the bosphorous and a beautiful mosque next door, all lit up in the evening. Off the main busy streets but close to the main hippodrome and the main attractions, just a few minutes walk.

Its basically a 2/3 star rating. Entrance is steps going down to reception nit good for disabled. Only cleaning done was empty bins and change towels

Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig

The most filthy hotel. Needs an upgrade on everything. Toilet broken and brown. Stuck inside because handle was broken. Took pictures but no option to add. AVOID.

Als wir ankamen, war ein junger Mann an der Pforte, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns ein Zimmer. Warte uns rauf, als wir die Gruppe Koffer auspacken wollten. Sollen wir das überall Schmutz und Dreck war und die Bilder waren Isobel. Fugen waren verschimmelt. Aus der Klimaanlage kam Schimmel geruch. Daraufhin gingen wir runter und wollten ein neues Zimmer. Der Mann hat keine Umstände gemacht und hat uns ein neues gegeben. Es war auch nicht viel besser die Bettwäsche wurde die ganze Woche nichts gewechselt also im großen Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert.

The room was clean, but the customer service was terrible.
I ordered a cap to the Airport and the management denied that I paid them the cap fee. Very aggressive and arrogant people.

We stayed at the Sultan during a 5 day layover on the way home. We enjoyed the Sultan as it is located on a quiet street just blocks from restaurants, the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and Topkapi Palace Museum to name a few.
Our room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and clean towels every day. Breakfast buffet was good and dinner a wide variety of choices.
