Hotel Forest Green

Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended.

My stay was confirmed by Hotels.com. I reached the hotel at 3AM in the morning and was informed by the reception that there are no rooms available and they don't know or care about hotels.com

Was convenient. They charged me for early check-in (at 7am). Most hotels, if they had room available, wouldn’t charge for that. Overall, good experience.

Manager is great but they lost our reservation because servers were down, WiFi very slow, noisy street, and breakfast late by an hour every day.

I got this hotel because it has decent ratings, was in my budget price range and was close to the Nazamuddin train station which I needed to take the never next morning. Train station was only a short 20 min ride away. Hotel was clean, comfortable, area felt safe and the staff were helpful. What more can you ask for in a budget hotel?

No towels, one has to ask for it. Bathroom flooded after bath and became slippery messy. No soaps, etc. Get yours. Overall, this is overrated on the site...it should not even be one star. Did wrong choice based on unauthentic reviews.

Very nice hotel with helping staff

Loved staying there & would definitely head back to this property.It has a warm and loving staff - something that has all across & something that makes one visit them again and again. Rooms were comfortable too..

This property is in the main city. The staffs are good and buffet breakfast was good tasty and commendable. The front office and others were polite and helpful. Only room walls were full of spots and towels also were not perfect clean. But rest all perfect.

Good.But far away from the airport.

Please do not even try the food here, it will make you regret. The breakfast does seem fine but the menu for lunch and dinner sure disappoints, esp the Chinese. The bathroom and rooms are pretty average for an overnight stay, just enough to kill time but nothing that makes you enjoy n think every penny is well spent. The locality is the only benefit here at the reasonable rate!

Hotel has small and compact rooms and bathrooms. The Hotel does not meet your expectations when you see that towel given to you are over used and Staff portrays a very casual approach in putting the Toiletiers in the bathroom (they try to avoid keeping any thing above soap , Unless asked)
Staff is untrained and some of them behaves casually or roughly with little sense of courtsey . You should not expect freebies like coffee / tea pouch and sugar free unless asked for.
In my case the door lock was not working , and even in closed door allows all the noises of the corridor through .
The good points was if you ask for any thing it will be provided but no standards were followed as expected from this type of hotels. Coffee Machine in the room is old type with problems of finding a suitable electric points.
Quality and taste of food is good , however the breakfast is a poor show .
This hotel is OK and can be considered if you do not have other options , But In Delhi you have better options around this place in the same budget.

The water in the vanity has separate hot and cold taps, and virtually cannot be used as there is no mixer or method to mix the two. The shower area is cramped. Complimentary breakfast is very basic and can be improved upon.
Location is convenient and service is friendly.
