Anchorage Villas at Fort Aquagda North Goa..
Pros:

Superb Villa,s at the Anchorage resort North Goa staff were excellent, friendly happy to help you secure resort with front security 24hrs, house keeping, was brilliant nothing a problem, room's cleaned every day, each room had it's own ensuite with clean towels, they have a restaurant with room service if you don't want to go out great cooking from breakfast,lunch, and dinner tasty food brilliant resort would highly recommend it visited February 2026

Хорошая вилла, но управляющему надо учиться работать с Клиентами
Pros:

Комфортная вилла

Cons:

Не ориентированны под Клиента (просил сместить даты после оплаты- на встречу не пошли, сослались что нет мест, хотя места были, потом попросили изменить бронирование и в конце вообще закосили под дурака и не отвечали сутки)

Food is great. The location is superb. Garden is very well kept. The greenery all around is admirable. Staff is very courteous.

Cons:

Geyser fell short of providing hot water when more than 1 bathroom is being used for bath. Some insects and ants in the room made evenings a little less comforting.

Swimming pool are both old and dirty in the surrounding.

Location is very busy cancolim people enjoying large crowds

Maria was the best
We had all sorts of issues, she was kind, proactive and very helpful
Beds were confortable
Staff very nice

Cons:

The kitchen was very old and tired washing machine was broken, water filter was unpredictable., cupboards broken or did not vlose properly
Gas hob old, dirty.owen did not work
We run out of gas.
Garden furniture was also old and not comfortable

Cons:

Долгое заселение при том, что я заранее выслала сканы паспортов.
На вилле постоянно что-то ломалось: то протекал кран, то не работал холодильник, то водогрей подавал горячую воду только в умывальник., а в душе вода была холодной, то не было wi-fi, несколько раз за 1 вечер случался серийный power cut. Все как-то неблагополучно...

We recommend staying in Aguada Anchorage, and will go there again.
Pros:

We enjoyed staying in Aguada Anchorage. The villa was spacious and comfortable, and is a short walk to the beach. Maria, the host, was very friendly, attentive and informative. She helped us arrange transport from the airport and to sightseeing places.

The space, staff and their service. I think everything was impeccable from the check in process to property intro and then the experience. Its like an oasis with all the facilities and service you could think of. Ms Maria is a wonderful host and her team was always ready to help us. Please book this property if you like

Pros:

Very clean. Very well organised villa with good dishes cutlery and also microwave fridge ACs Hob dining table.

Cons:

Pool was a bit far and also since its situated at north its a bit far from all the newly opened clubs and bars in Anjuna or Assagao.
