Choose the place as it's very near to the us visa centre for biometric, pungent smell from the room + 20 years+ old towels in the bathroom were the negatives

Average 3 star; a little over-priced for the area. Breakfast was quite adequate Indian style. Very spotty wifi, even though router was right outside room.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room service was quick and good. The staff responded very politely. The hotel location wasn't that great but it isn't that expensive either.

When I booked I was assured that there will be airport pickup since our flight was coming at night. But there was no driver waiting for us. We checked three times just to be sure, but no one was there for us. We had to take a taxi at 1am and come to the hotel. Later on when I pursued with the Manager what happened, I was given the flimsy excuse that the car had some trouble. I had asked them to give the Mobile number of the Driver, which was never sent. The hotel doesn't take the airport pickup seriously.

The hotel and staff are great. We stayed with family and it is obviously a businessman's hotel. Would not recommend for families just because of the guests but great hotel and great breakfast.

The hotel is clean and nice for the price. The room was large and adequately equipped. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful.

Good...just remember to ask for mosquito repelents before u sleep..

I asked reception where is kalkaji B Block.They replied dont know.Amazing reply.
Kalkaji B-BLOCK is next to the hotel.I need to go to B-Block for my blood test and guys doesnot want to say where is the B-Block.Looks to me they want to make business with taxi so that the tenant will use taxi and go far for simple work.
I remember few month ago one more customer wrote same type of story.They need to go to doctor for their child in night.And these people didnot even help them.So they end up using taxi.Later in the morning they came to know about many doctors around the hotel.
I suggest everybody not to use this hotel as you will end up paying money for nothing.

I booked at nehru place but was made to shift to kailash colony. In the morning the light went off due to short circuit and in spite of my reminders, no one turned up. Really bad experience. ..

It wasn't good. I would say OK. the room I was provided was very small compared to the other rooms. For the price and the services, it still is expensive.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Rooms were fairly clean and they provided bottel water complementary. Their breakfast was good. They were very attentive in their dining room. Just know that there is NO room with one double bed and two single beds, which my reservation said. They eneded up bringing another folding bed for the 3rd person. Also, never ask the receptionist regarding an address or calling for a cab which will be MUCH more expensive. It was close to an Urgent Care/ER which was usuful for us.

Aus touristischer Sicht nicht unbedingt ideal gelegen, direkte Umgebung des Hotels nicht schön, keine Plätze, wo man wirklich hingehen könnte. Hotelrestaurant war abends leer. Frühstück ist ok. Rein zum übernachten insgesamt ok.

Worst stay ever.

Stayed in many hotels but this is the best reasonably priced and very comfortable place I have stayed. Rooms are clean, modern and I would give it a 4*. Food is yummy and order only 1 portion since they serve a lot. Friendly staff and I will recommend anyone with a budget to stay here.

The staff were nice and helpful. Good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel's resturant a couple of times which was very good and reasonably priced. It is close to Lotus (Baha'i) temple which is one of the points of attraction in Delhi.
The only drawback was the street noise as it is located on a main road.
Overall, a good place to stay for the money you pay.
