Hotel nahe Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Lage für die Besichtigung der alten Stadt war hervorragend.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant. Kellner war nicht besonders Interessiert Schade, hättenwir die schöne Terrassedoch gerne etwas mehr genossen. .

Pros:

Tolle Lage, gleich neben der Burg und Nahe der Neustadt. Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber und witzig bunt. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück wird serviert.

Dobrze położony hotel, blisko twierdzy.
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie, wygodne łóżka. Parking dla samochodów. Największym jednak atutem jest bliskość twierdzy Carcasson.

Cons:

1.W pokoju na górnej półce zastaliśmy tacę z niedojedzonym czyimś jedzeniem- gdyby tam sprzątano , to by tacę znaleziono.
2. Drzwi balkonowe nie dawały się zamknąć - ktoś przez balkon mógłby się dostać do pokoju.
3. Ściana między pokojem a łazienką nie sięgała do samego sufitu, co powodowało że zapalenie światła w łazience , oświetlało jednocześnie cały pokój. To nie był pokój jedno osobowy więc takie światło w nocy przeszkadzało pozostałym osobom.
4. Na ścianach były ostre wzory czarny i wściekłe jasno zielony - nie dawało to odpocząć oczom. A szkoda , bo za oknem byl piękny widok i wystarczyło dobrać spokojniejsze kolory w pokoju, aby goście mogli faktycznie odpocząć. Nawet zdjęcia nie oddają dobrze tej kolorystyki.
Byliśmy tam tylko na jedną noc, więc nie miałam już siły biegać do obsługi i wszystkiego zgłaszać. Nie ja to powinnam kontrolować.

Tolle Lage an der Burg. Personal äußerst freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Sehr kleiner Kasten, für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet. Am Pool wären ein paar Sonnenschirme gut.

Staying just outside the citadel
Pros:

The pool was an unexpected delight. Breakfast refreshing. The air-conditioning in the room was quite quiet. The shower pressure was very good. Late night 'night caps' were accommodated.

Perfect for visiting the beautiful city and surrounding area.
Pros:

The best position possible to visit the old walled city but also convenient to walk into town. Beautiful pool area and maintained gardens and the staff were very patient with my Duolingo French 😄 also very stylish and original decor.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Free water was provided, which was nice.

Great location, secure parking, limited food menu.
Pros:

Very close to the walled city, grounds were excellent, parking was great and secured.

Cons:

Didn’t like the split hotel accommodation in two areas. Very dark hallways, not suitable for a person with limited mobility. Rooms were small and the shower was not a walk in type but a shower over a bath. Limited choice of food menu at the bar.

Endroit idéal pour explorer la Cité
Pros:

L’hôtel Montmorency est une annexe de l’hôtel du château, situé de l'autre coté de la rue, à 1mn à pied.
Les chambres sont calmes avec une déco ultra moderne, et confortables.
En face, on bénéficie de la piscine extérieure et du jacuzzi, de la terrasse, du spa et le petit déjeuner, servi à table est délicieux.
A 3mn à pied de la porte narbonnaise, on peut explorer la Cité à volonté en laissant la voiture au parking privé de l'hôtel (qui coûte cependant 15€ la nuit.... mais nous sommes arrivés à 13h le samedi et repartis à 15h le dimanche et nous n'avons pas eu de supplément)

Great location next to the castle entrance. Cozy small hotel, with a nice vibe.
