Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location next to La Cite. Lovely gardens, pool and reception areas and very helpful staff. Air con room was much at this time of year.

Cons:

The shower cubicle in our standard room was very small with nowhere to put anything. We upgraded to a classic room on the last night which was better.

Excellent location
Pros:

The staff were helpful on check-in - advising us where to eat and visit - we organised a walking tour at Tourist Information within the City Walls - it was great, well worth doing. The location, is within easy walking distance of the City where there were at least 10 bars and restaurants which were all brilliant. All in all a good location for Carcassonne city.

Cons:

Bar staff - seemed to try to rip us off when buying a gin and tonic. There was no gin it, they said it was a mistake and came over - a bit of a weird situation

Un joli coin, avec vue magnifique sur la cité médiévale de Carcassonne

La localisation, proche de la cité.
Le magnifique espace de extérieur.
La décoration du bâtiment principal.

Cons:

Salle de bain troo etriquee. Difficile d’y circuler.
Espaces extérieurs très beaux mais la piscine etait trouble.
Dans la chambre, tache sur la moquette, déco abimee.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel , l’accueil et le sourire de l’établissement principal

Cons:

Le bâtiment des chambres est de l’autre côté de l’hôtel , les chambres sont petites, le ménage est fait en surface seulement , un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire dans les couloirs le linge est stocké au sol, les escaliers sont très sales rien à voir avec l’établissement principal où tout est séduisant nous avons pas compris ce contraste…

Pros:

La proximité de la Cité, le Spa et les massages, confort de la chambre climatisée, les petits déjeuners copieux en extérieur, le parking, les petits villages typiques de la région et le festival.

2nd visit to this wonderfully relaxing hotel with lovely rooms, great quiet pool area and fantastic food. Location good and quite hidden away. Staff very friendly and easy parking.

Un séjour agréable grâce au personnel de l’hôtel aux petits soins mais l’espace piscine a mieux entretenir !

La proximité avec la cité. La gentillesse du personnel et le calme dans les espaces communs de l’hôtel

Cons:

La piscine n’était vraiment pas propre. Dommage elle avait fait partie de nos critères de sélection avant de choisir l’hôtel.
Un volet en moins dans la chambre et donc réveillé très tôt par le jour.
Le petit déjeuner bon mais ne vaut pas 18 euros.

Actually made a second booking to stay an extra night, but staff unhelpful about staying in same room, which was fine as they were fully booked, but they did not assist in anyway to move rooms which we felt was poor.

Je kan er ontbijten met zicht op de omwalling van Carcassonne; prima ontbijt

Cons:

De kamer was een beetje klein maar dit werd ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de ontbijtlocatie en de prijs ( zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding)
