La location carina ma la posizione decentrata

Cons:

Colazione pessima..non vi era ampia scelta... solo i cornetti buoni...il salato non era assolutamente assortito...
La Spa non aveva tisane e l'acqua della vasca idromassaggio era a tratti fredda e l'ambiente non era riscaldato.

Bella location con balcone a vista spazioso, peccato non ci fossero sedie nel balcone per godersi la vista in relax.
È stata data la dovuta attenzione all'intolleranza al glutine di uno degli ospiti con adeguati alimenti provveduti a colazione.

Cons:

BEWARE! ATTENZIONE! La SPA NON è inclusa nel soggiorno! Bisogna pagare €20 extra a persona per 1 sola ora di accesso! assurdo. Sul sito c'è un icona che specifica che questo servizio è a pagamento ma questo non è chiaramente indicato nelle foto ed è menzionato solo tra parentesi nelle scritte in piccolo.
È stato a dir poco deludente dato che avevamo scelto l'hotel soprattutto per questo, foto fuorvianti.

Non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Non vale il prezzo.

Il soffione della doccia è antiquato e spruzza un getto irregolare e poco delicato.
L'asciugacapelli è vecchio e piccolo, senza diffusore e poco efficiente.
Il box doccia è piccolo e le porte perdono acqua.
Mancano il balsamo e la crema per le mani.
La luce del balcone resta accesa tutta la notte, senza tende SUFFICIENTEMENTE oscuranti o tapparelle.
Nessun box di fazzoletti di carta di cortesia.
Nessun portasciugamani.
Nessun armadio, mensola o mobile sotto il lavandino dove appoggiare le cose.
La colazione continentale era composta da un grill portatile dove scaldarsi un pane con alcuni affettati e formaggio da soli: nessun tipo di piatto cucinato al momento come omelette o uova strapazzate. Esperienza culinaria spartana in una sala decorata lussuosamente.

BEWARE! ATTENTION! The SPA is NOT included in your stay! You have to pay €20 extra per person for just one hour of access — absurd. On the website there is an icon indicating that this service is paid, but this is not clearly shown in the photos and is only mentioned in brackets in the small print.

It was extremely disappointing, especially since we had chosen the hotel mainly for this feature. The photos are misleading.

Not up to 4-star hotel standards. Not worth the price.

The shower head is outdated and sprays an uneven, rather harsh jet.
The hairdryer is old and small, without a diffuser and not very efficient.
The shower cubicle is small and the doors leak water.
There is no conditioner or hand cream.

Bel endroit mais pas recommandé pour les personnes à la recherche de calme notamment en soirée.

Hôtel bien situé et cadre agréable.
Cuisine raffinée
Personnel d'une grande gentillesse et très à l'écoute.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner minimaliste pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Peu de choix dans les pains, pas de fruits frais, pas de produits salés ou sucrés locaux ou artisanaux à part la pâtisserie.
Hôtel plutôt bruyant notamment lors de mariages ou de baptême organisés au sein de l'établissement (musique et feux d'artifice).

Cons:

La doccia un po' datata. Non credo sia colpa dei gestori ma gli eventi esterni quali battesimi, compleanni ecc. sono di particolare disturbo per i clienti. La sera quando siamo arrivati era in programma un compleanno. Abbiamo sentito parlare e gridare anche dopo l'una di notte sia all' esterno che all' interno dell' hotel, incuranti di chi pernottava. Massima maleducazione!!!
