Another great stay
Pros:

I stayed here again and this time everything went very smoothly. The check-in experience was excellent and very welcoming. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me because she was fantastic and made the arrival very pleasant.

The staff at this hotel continue to be one of its strongest points, always friendly, professional, and helpful.

Overall, this stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing to note this time — everything went well during this visit.

Very kind staff, but some improvements needed
Pros:

The check-in was very welcoming and set a positive tone from the start. The staff throughout the hotel are genuinely kind and professional — they really make the place feel warm and personal.

I would especially like to recognize Sedat (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). On my last night, his kindness and attentiveness left a very strong and positive final impression. Moments like that truly matter.

The location is also excellent, right in the center and convenient for walking around the city.

Cons:

I was a bit surprised that robes and slippers required an additional €5 fee. It’s not a large amount, but at this price level I would expect them to be included, especially when using the sauna area.

Unfortunately, the wellness facilities were not fully functioning during my stay. The left sauna was out of order, and the other sauna took over an hour to properly heat up.

Breakfast (€20) felt underwhelming for the price. The selection was quite basic and the presentation felt somewhat empty compared to expectations.

Mit Schlappen war alles ok.
Pros:

Gut. Das Bett war superbequem! Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Bad toll, jedoch nur durch eine Glaswand abgetrennt. Dafür das WC extra

Cons:

Der superdicke langfloor Teppich! Das ist schon ein bisschen eklig. Den kann man nie und nimmer richtig saugen.
