Agréablement confortable
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau et propre. La chambre était spacieuse et nettoyé tous les jours. la terrasse offre une vue magnifie sur la ville. La piscine était superbe, l’eau était plus que chaude. On aurai dit un jacuzzi. Parfait

Pros:

El balneario estuvo muy bien excepto que parecía que lo primordial eran los que tenían reservas externas ya que nos entraba cava o zumo y ni lo ofrecieron tanto a nosotros como a otras habitaciones que nos juntamos en el desayuno.

Las habitaciones .. el tema de las camas pésimas de echo a día de hoy tengo las cervicales en rompan filas con eso es suficiente

Lovely stay. Would have appreciated more communication about the services and how to utilize them.

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is lovely and the staff are kind and helpful. We very much enjoyed the baths, especially the saltwater float.

Cons:

They don’t give much information about anything, so we had to make trips to the front desk to ask. I’m talking about things like do we need a reservation for breakfast even if it’s included (answer: yes and they originally had us down for a time that they didn’t tell us about. We were able to change that). There is no info on the website or in the rooms. If they’d provide answers to frequently asked questions, that would cut down on confusion. For example, we had a 3:00 appointment for the baths and a massage. We weren’t told when our massage actually was so we didn’t know how much time we had for the baths beforehand. They also don’t provide towels in the baths so you’re soaking wet in your robe and slippers on marble steps. Not super safe. There were no pool towels in our room so we had to go to the desk and ask where the towels were. The room phone didn’t seem to be able to actually reach anyone, including the front desk. These are small things that detracted from the overall experience. Luckily it’s an easy fix. Proactive communication would fix all these things.

Fabulous location easy walk to everything. Very relaxing atmosphere.

The toilet and shower were in separate cubicles in the hallway of the room which was fine but the sink was in the bedroom. A little bit of a atrange layout

La situación y el entorno es espectacular, las vistas desde la zona de la terraza y el desayuno increibles. La piscina climatizada en el exterior y el baño con Puchainita fue sublime.
