Pros:

El desayuno en la terraza y el spa no tienen precio. Solo eso ya vale la pena la estancia.

Cons:

La habitacion esta demasiado ajustada. Dormir viendo la ducha, Entiendo que el espacio fisico es el que es. Pero a mi personalmente no me gusto.

Pros:

The spa, breakfast and the location were 10/10 - fantastic. We went to the spa three times (you need to book it in beforehand) and we really enjoyed each one.

Cons:

There could have been more attention to detail in terms of housekeeping - not enough conditioner and shower gel when we arrived, we were only allowed to have two coffee sachets a day (which didn't always work in the machine), having to ask reception three times before something was fixed, removal of the small bar of soap during room service, but not replacing it with a new one.

Less easy to change is the layout of the room, with a sink in the bedroom and a separate shower cubicle (with see-through door) and toilet (with a frosted door). It would be preferable to have a separate bathroom for better privacy.

A wonderful location. Decent staff, the baths are great. It just needs a little polish to meet expectations

Excellent location in center of the city. Easy walk to all sights

Cons:

Quite dark in the passages between the floors and going in and out of hallways. The condition of the floors in the room was quite worn and several places inside the room and on the roof terrace have loose flooring. Considering the hotel is “fancy” it should have better quality amenities such as glasses or mugs for coffee and tea (and better quality tea). In addition considering the cost there should be more than one towel per guest.

Prima hotel met heerlijke ligging.
Pros:

We hebben een upgrade gekregen tot een suite met uitzicht op het plein en het kasteel. Fijne ligging in het centrum met toegang to heerlijke restaurantjes op loopafstand.
Parkeren koste ons 18 euro per dag in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage Telpark (aangeven in het hotel dat je hier geparkeerd hebt).
Prima ontbijt met uitzicht. Prima wifi. Op het dak is een zwembad(je) van 1,5 bij 5 meter ongeveer.

Cons:

We hadden in de spa een massage geboekt om 11 uur, maar het was (ondanks eerdere toezeggingen) blijkbaar niet mogelijk om dan al eerder dan die 11 uur de spa binnen te mogen. Omdat we al uitgechekt waren hebben we daarom drie kwartier in onze badjas in de lobby gewacht.
Dus als je boekt houdt er dan rekening mee dat de hele spabeleving (prachtig overigens) pas begint op het geboekte tijdstip.

Comfortable, great location and beautiful old town.
Pros:

The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is superb and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy outside at night but it is the city so that is to be expected, all adds to the ambience of the old town.

A pleasant stay....
Pros:

The ancient baths were incredible.
We took the option of a massage to complete the experience which was very relaxing....so much so that I fell asleep!
The breakfast was very good with many options available, considering the size of the hotel.
The location is fantastic with a lovely view of the hills overlooking Almeria. We opted for a Junior Suite which had a courtyard view. There are many food and beverage outlets within a short walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel cleanliness wasn't as expected, considering that it is a 4 star hotel. The floor of our room was heavily covered in dust and the breakfast area seemed like it needed a deep clean.
Whilst not a complaint, the layout of the room was not quite what was expected; the room was split into three levels. As you enter there are the shower and toilet plus wardrobe. Then there are stairs going down to the bed area and other stairs going up to a seating area.

Pros:

Very charming and atmospheric hotel in fabulous location. Excellent spa facilities which were reasonably priced and a great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room. Breakfast facilities are a bit limited (no hot food choices) however this more than made up for by the amazing views over the plaza to the Alcazaba and Fortress as you eat.

Pros:

Bel emplacement central sur une magnifique place au calme, avec une vue sur les châteaux. Le parking telpark à côté. Des restaurants tout autour, comme le cuatro hojas, délicieux.
La taille de la chambre et la déco très sympa. La piscine sur le toit. Les massages idylliques. Un spa très bien agencé 2h sont bien suffisantes.
Bonne réaction de la direction lors du problème, une plaque du plafond de la salle de bain est tombée sur la tête de mon mari.
La direction a été réactive et a tout mis en œuvre pour nous indemniser.

Cons:

Quel dommage. Il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour L'entretien de la chambre 202. Un coup d'appareil vapeur serait bienvenu, au sol, dans la douche et le frigo. Il y a beaucoup de tâches de moisissures dans la douche ainsi que dans le frigo. Le sèche cheveux avait les câbles à nu. Il y a dû y avoir une réno de la chambre, mais avec quelques malfaçons. Une plaque du plafond de la salle de bain est tombée alors qu'il y avait un spot branché... Cela aurait pû être très grave. La direction a été réactive et a tout mis en œuvre pour s'excuser et nous indemniser.
