The spa is so nice here. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are very helpful and the room very relaxing.

This hotel is in a great central location for exploring Almeria. The staff were all kind and helpful. The rooftop pool area was a good place to relax after sight seeing. The ancient baths are lovely and very relaxing.
This was our second stay at this hotel and the bathroom experience was worse than the first time. The bathroom was deconstructed with the basin in the bedroom, the toilet in a closet with a partially fitted door and the shower was in the room with a fully clear glass door which could also be seen from outside if the curtains weren’t closed. An en-suite bathroom should mean that; a room with the bathroom facilities in it! We’ve decided not to stay again

Que en la planta superior tienen una terraza espectacular y solo hay maquinas expendedoras de bebida. Rompe todo el encanto.
Mejorables algunos enseres en la habitacion
fantastico, situado en pleno centro con una terraza con unas vistas a la alcazaba maravillosas, la terraza tiene una piscina climatizada que es un lujo, agua caliente de verdad no templada, te puedes meter tranquilamente aunque haga fresquete y con vistas guapísimas. el desayuno esta bastante bien sobre todo el dulce, si es verdad que el salado es poco variado.
las habitaciones son amplias y la cama enorme.
quizas lo peor que tiene es a su vez lo mejor , esta en un centro historico y no puedes llegar con coche a la puerta pero hay un parking en dos minutos, es lo "peor" porque el parking para ser concertado con el hotel resulta caro 18€ no creo que sea un gran descuento cuando el precio normal son 21€
Me parece el mejor hotel de la ciudad. Es una pasada. Los baños y sus masajes, puro espectáculo. Sales renovada.

Superb location. Roof top swimming pool was great, as were the ancient baths. Breakfast also very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only one coffee pod supplied (well actually 2, but one was decaf). If you have a room booked for two people, you should have at least 2 coffee pods. Yes, a very minor issue.

Breakfast can be improved, eggs were cold, no fresh orange juice, buffet breakfast put up in a rather small room, only 4 sunbeds on rooftop pool area
