Pros:

Very charming and atmospheric hotel in fabulous location. Excellent spa facilities which were reasonably priced and a great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room. Breakfast facilities are a bit limited (no hot food choices) however this more than made up for by the amazing views over the plaza to the Alcazaba and Fortress as you eat.

Pros:

Bel emplacement central sur une magnifique place au calme, avec une vue sur les châteaux. Le parking telpark à côté. Des restaurants tout autour, comme le cuatro hojas, délicieux.
La taille de la chambre et la déco très sympa. La piscine sur le toit. Les massages idylliques. Un spa très bien agencé 2h sont bien suffisantes.
Bonne réaction de la direction lors du problème, une plaque du plafond de la salle de bain est tombée sur la tête de mon mari.
La direction a été réactive et a tout mis en œuvre pour nous indemniser.

Cons:

Quel dommage. Il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour L'entretien de la chambre 202. Un coup d'appareil vapeur serait bienvenu, au sol, dans la douche et le frigo. Il y a beaucoup de tâches de moisissures dans la douche ainsi que dans le frigo. Le sèche cheveux avait les câbles à nu. Il y a dû y avoir une réno de la chambre, mais avec quelques malfaçons. Une plaque du plafond de la salle de bain est tombée alors qu'il y avait un spot branché... Cela aurait pû être très grave. La direction a été réactive et a tout mis en œuvre pour s'excuser et nous indemniser.

Pros:

A localização é excelente e o hotel muito bonito e asseado. Perto de tudo, bons restaurantes, bares e principais atracções. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis.

Cons:

A zona de pequeno-almoço era demasiado pequena e muito fria, por estar directamente ligada ao exterior. Achei o pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade e muito caótico

Average - ok, but worth looking at other options
Pros:

It’s in the square near a lot of restaurants

Cons:

It’s just not good enough. I saw 4 rooms in total, and all of inconsistent quality. Some absolutely disgusting and 2 really quite nice. Check in was hard, and staff not that helpful. Wouldn’t recommend it. Also, breakfast was as good as outside in December so needed coats and blankets

Bit disappointing, staff were very nice, they gave us complimentary spa session which was lovely.

Difficult to find hotel because of work in square, we weren't made aware when booking. Found the Toilet high tech but felt very unstable to sit on. Shower door allowed water into bathroom making floor dangerous. Overhead bed ceiling lights not able to be switched independently, we requested additional reading lamp which staff provided. Hairdryer not working requested different one. Lack of hangers in wardrobe only 4 but should have been more.
