Prime location to airport shuttle and attractions with good staff.

I didn't like that the room I selected said city view in double bed. They me lower floor with no view. Next morning lady manager made it right. The rooftop was closed which is why I booked. The staff was rude as ever. I called down for an iron was told they would bring it right up, after 5 mins or longer I went down stairs and asked the man with glasses who sits in the office about iron. I walked up and he was like " they going to bring it". I told him I've been waiting and have to get dressed for a tour and needed to know when. He said another guest may be using and I asked can he call housekeeping to check he was really irritated and so was I. He did finally called housekeeping and she told him she'll bring it right to me. As I was going to my room I seen the nicest housekeeper who went right to get it as I waited. I got dressed and wanted tissue and fresh towels, walked down to where I seen housekeeping working in room and asked for tissue and towels. Again it was the nice lady and another lady. The other lady looking at my like I'm asking for her life but the nice lady proceeded to get the items and gave them to me. Before check out I seen housekeeper was asking was she doing my room I want to tip her again. I asked the male worker to translate it he didn't even listen and just kept telling me to go to front desk. I did explain to lady manager and she translated for us. I don't recommend if American/solo traveler dont get same treatment as other guest. I booked new hotel

Amazing hotel very safe and in the best location in all of Istanbul. 5 minute walk from the blue mosque, 9 minutes from sultanahmet station.

Great location for the price. Hotel a little tired, roof top bar was closed. Nonetheless, hotel did a great job and I had no complaints at all.

Property was very close to Blue Mosque, which was visible from their rooftop terrace. Within walking distance of Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Hotel buildings are quite dated and has steps to the front to get in. Room was clean but basic.

There are 2 drinking glasses in the room: one was cracked & the other has lip & finger marks on it ⚠️ Honestly cannot answer the parking question as I didn’t need it. The front desk upgraded my room when I presented him with my issue. That issue was about the stale, damp smell of my initial room assignment. It’s an old hotel, I get it, charming in its own right (friendly staff for sure) but cannot ignore the smell. I appreciate being taken care of and my new room (still has the smell though definitely not as strong) was sooo much better! I would open the curtains to see the Blue Mosque right outside my window ☺️ Also make note: location is perfect; everything I wanted to see was so easy to get to!

Bathroom was old, carpet old, hotel need remodeling. This is not a 4 stars hotel. It’s a 2 star. Will not recommend

Our door could not be locked. Mould growing in the bathroom. One of the drinking glasses had not been washed for months. Stains on the bedding. Overpriced and under performed.

Felt coerced into going on a boat ride when we first arrived (which was not quite to my taste)
Strong smell of tobacco randomly in our room

Beautiful hotel walking distance from blue mosque and Sophia Hagia. Felt safe walking out late night. Hotel staff and welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast for a fraction price when added to booking. I would recommend this place, will definitely be coming back.

Average hotel within walking distance to major attractions. Room is fair and not all rooms can be accessible by elevator.

I booked this hotel only because they promised my Expedia agent to provide free airport shuttle to/from IST Airport. They do NOT offer shuttle and didn’t arrange a pick up for me. I had to pay for the taxi 80 Euros ( both ways). Breakfast starts at 8 am. I asked to wake me up at 5 am, they called at 4 am. I arrived at 11pm night before, I was waiting for transportation for 3 hours in the Airport, where I had to ask strangers for help, Wi-Fi at the airport didn’t work on my phone. They don’t provide even a bottle of water and didn’t offer breakfast in the box to go. Room is VERY small, 5 by 6 feet. Noisy. Bathroom smells like sewage. No normal shower-only hose on the wall, like for the bide. Very shabby place, no exit signs. Personal doesn’t speak decent English or Russian and apparently they are stupid, if can not even wake up people on time. Extremely disappointed. Do NOT stay at this property. They don’t care at all.

Amazing staff and a brilliant area to stay around. Everything was walking distance. Really nice breakfast as well.

When I got to my room I discovered that a curtain was just hanging by one connector, the bed was not properly set, which appeared that someone had already used it, as there were hairs on the pillow, bits of toothpaste in the sink and a pair of used socks in the bin. I went to reception to report this and was condescending told that I could have used the phone in the room. I went back to the room and after a bit of searching, I found the phone in the bathroom. To add insult to injury, the phone was also broken. It took several requests to the desk to get this sorted and after a few hours, they managed to sort out a few of the problems before I gave up and opted to get some sleep.
The next morning I was able to look around the hotel and discovered the photos of this hotel is similar to dating apps where people post their best pictures, but has a considerable gap with reality. The outdoor space is cluttered with slightly disturbing garden ornaments and the lawn is mainly weeds. The reception area has a big section separated out and used as offices, which is different to the photos. In general it was very disappointing when compared to the photos they provided for the public areas.
My room had seen better days and the furnishings were worn. I’m not sure if my room was haunted, as the robe they provided had several large holes as if it had been involved in some violent activity and I could hear voices in my room, which is strange as they are supposed to be soundproof.

Stained sheets, foul smelling bathroom, beers at over 10 Euros each plus a service charge added. Out-dated and run down with limited facilites.
