Pros:

깨끗한 실내 분위기와 숙박 물품이 여유있게 준비되어서 2박하는 동안 불편없이 지낼 수 있었어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 온천스파도 생각했던 것보다 좋았어요.^^

Cons:

3박이상이어야 룸 청소을 부탁할 수 있는 점이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 또 유튜브 시청이 안되고 채널수도 많지 않은 점은 좀 실망했어요.

Relaxing Okinawa vacation and excellent seafoods sashimi , fresh and very affordable prices on a convenient groceries!
Pros:

Spacious and very comfortable beds, loved the public bath, sauna and the gym and the breakfast has many choices. Great value for the money!!!

Cons:

Stayed for a week and TV has only Nippongo language, old type of TV . No news whatsoever for a week. Need to upgrade their TV’s which is very obsolete!

超級喜歡Annex 樓層的溫泉，服務人員都很親切
Pros:

在港口旁邊，高樓層景色優美可以眺望機場分享
Main building 早餐非常多樣好吃，感覺的出來飯店的用心規劃

Cons:

入住第一天打了館內服務電話但是無人接聽

好幾位服務人員可能對英語不太熟悉，選擇用手機翻譯軟體回答，稍微感覺錯愕
