超級喜歡Annex 樓層的溫泉，服務人員都很親切
Pros:

在港口旁邊，高樓層景色優美可以眺望機場分享
Main building 早餐非常多樣好吃，感覺的出來飯店的用心規劃

Cons:

入住第一天打了館內服務電話但是無人接聽

好幾位服務人員可能對英語不太熟悉，選擇用手機翻譯軟體回答，稍微感覺錯愕

Lovely hotel in a good spot in Naha
Pros:

The hotel is very well equipped with spas and pools, an onsite 7-11 and several restaurants.

The room was large and the bathroom was spacious.

The staff were friendly and attentive.

It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori

Cons:

The outdoor pool is closed in the winter months which is a shame since the weather was still pleasant enough in December.

Not the hotels fault but worth noting if you want a beach you will need to travel away from the hotel.

Sanierungsbedürftig und ein Restaurant fehlt
Pros:

Spa ist super. Aussergewöhnlich!

Cons:

Die Reinigung war nicht gut, oberflächlich und jeden zweiten Tag. Sehr eingeschränkte Menu Karte im einzigen Restaurant für Mittag und Abend.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen das Ganze. Sieht aus, als ob alles auf die Renovierung wartet.

Our room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Outdoor Swimming pool closed. Indoor swimming pool small and not very clean. Most restaurants closed. Far from the city center.

A nice hotel to stay at if you have a car and stay when both indoor and outdoor pools are open and if you have transport
Pros:

The room size was comfortable for three people.

Cons:

Not many choices to eat around the hotel unless you walk about 10-15 minutes.
