Great time while staying at the Fort Wayne Hampton Inn for State Wars Hockey Tournament, Staff was great. Danyel and Mustafa were great, helping out with a few things promptly. The breakfast was great each morning and the entire staff was welcoming to the teenage hockey players.
The staff there is awesome. They went beyond their duty to keep us comfortable. What ever we needed they provided. Danyel was supper in herjob. The general manager was awesome.
I've been staying at this hotel weekly for the past three months, and it is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, the amenities are excellent, the property is well maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Mustafa and Mitzi do a fantastic job managing the property, and Danyel, Valeriia, and Nick at the front desk are always welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Michelle and the food service team consistently provide great service and help make every stay enjoyable.
The entire team genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. Their commitment to hospitality is evident in every interaction.
If you're visiting the Fort Wayne area, I highly recommend staying here. The location is convenient, the accommodations are outstanding, and the service is second to none. You won't be disappointed.
The accommodations were wonderful . Clean friendly atmosphere. The staff was wonderful to our 40-8 veterans , and the La femmes for our weekend . The meeting rooms were nice and we all had a fabulous time. Even with our shannigans the staff were excellent and very friendly! Thank you for all you do for your customers.
Michelle and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked. Thanks!
I got to the hotel after booking a room with 2 queen beds and got put in room 404 that had 1 king bed and a pull out couch and was told that booking.com set that through as what I reserved. It took over 2 hours to get the room I booked cost me 20 extra dollars and was a nightmare for the start.
Room was clean and spacious. No issues with our room, Staff were very attentive and friendly. The whirlpool in our room worked well and we had no issues with our stay.
This is the first hotel I have been to that does not serve biscuts and gravy. The food was very good but I feel like this is a staple of the American travel and a delight for anyone outside of the US that has never tried them. Not complaining just a suggestion.
location
stayed 2 nights and they didn’t come in room a check beds and towels
The staff at check in and when we checked out were super kind and helpful. The temperature of the jacuzzi was nice but the jets weren’t.
The room though was disappointing. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It had a weird arrangement with the our backs to the door when we laid in bed, just odd. The bed frame was exposed and looked cheap. The pillows were flat as pancakes. The fan rattled all night long. The fire alarm went off at 8am with no information. The jacuzzi had one decent jet and the 4 or 5 others were not powerful at all or broken. For the price this did not meet expectations.
I had spinal surgery across the street at Parkview hospital. The staff was so accommodating and attentive to my needs. They were both friendly and empathetic.
The staff was excellent, especially Danyel she was friendly and very helpful. The rooms where white glove clean and very nice!
Check in and out was quick and easy. Both employees were friendly. Pillows were good. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.
Mattress was too firm for me. Scrub the bathroom floor.
I always enjoy staying at this location and especially the treatment I receive by the front desk staff. I appreciate the extra care that Danyel provides with personally checking on her guests and writing personal cards thanking them for their stay.
