Hampton Inn Ft Wayne

We travel here for business and have been coming here for 10 years. We choose the Hampton Inn over the Hilton every time due to the wonderful staff. We truly enjoy them . Always clean. I recently saw a review of someone posting that the hotel was not clean and they weren’t treated correctly. I have a hard time believing that so I wanted to post a review so that people that have not been here new this is a great place to

Five-star service from start to finish. After arriving burned out from business travel and dealing with booking errors on my part, the General Manager ensured I was accommodated comfortably and at a great rate. The standout of my stay, however, was Danyel Walker. After inadvertently leaving a personal item behind, Danyel attempted to contact me multiple times before I left the area. Danyel went above and beyond to assist me once I realized my mistake. She was professional, reassuring, and arranged for my property to be overnighted, arriving at my home within 24 hours. Danyel’s commitment to 'above par' service is a credit to this property, she keeps her word, and delivers world-class customer service. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the FT Wayne area.

The breakfast was great. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and even though it seemed they were short staffed they were very friendly and I never saw them take it out on the guests. Super friendly and always ready to help when they could

STAY HERE! I am very picky about my hotels and very often pay a hefty price for the “newer” or “fancier” hotel. But when I needed a hotel last minute near the hospital for a family emergency, I decided to try the Hampton instead of paying twice the price down the street. And while it’s true that the interior is not perfectly new or renovated like some other choices around, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and most importantly the staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. They seemed to know what I needed even before I could ask. So often I have stayed at expensive hotels only to be checked in by someone who is clearly there just making an hourly wage. But at this Hampton it is clear that the staff are a team who genuinely care about the quality of the hotel and the service they provide. I really can’t say enough and am so grateful that when dealing with a family emergency I didn’t have to “deal” with the hotel. They helped me instead.

My fiance and I had a trip planned back to the lovely Hampton inn in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our favorite place to stay when we're in the area. We had some unexpected expenses come up. Danielle and Mustafa were so helpful on getting our reservation canceled so we could take care of those expenses. We will be choosing Hampton for our next stay. always accommodating!

It was very close the site I was going to take a licensure exam, with few walking distance amenities.

Location is great. We come back every 6 months to Fort Wayne

This hotel has one of the most friendly people that go above and beyond. Mustafa (GM) and Danyel are very welcoming and making sure guests are comfortable in their stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I would stay here again.
