Comfy room terrible disturbance
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

There was people being very loud and disrupted until about 1:30am when we had a dance competition to be at by 6am. We called down and told the front desk which created more issues with the people

Too much money for only staying there for less than 24 hours.

Cons:

I feel like the place was let go. I stayed in the room that was wheel chair accessible and I don’t know if any other room is like this but the box spring was totally visible. It didn’t even have a cover on it. No pictures on the walls. It just wasn’t homey. They would let us check in and til 3:15 and then magically all the rooms wher available. There was a line to check in.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Noise- very poor sound insulation. Noise was LOUD from floor above, room next to us and the hallway. Mattress was just ok. 3 night stay and housekeeping never showed up. At one point we had no hot water but that got addressed

Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful. It was quiet.

Cons:

The fridge didn't work, was not it a spot but just plugged in next to the bathroom sink, the sheets didn't fit the bed nor were there any sort of mattress protector. The heat/air did not work well and it was a very uncomfortable night. For an emergency stay, it was just OK.

Very well kept and professionally staffed
Pros:

It was unbelievably busy and the staff handled everything with professionalism and grace. They really knew what they were doing. The breakfast employee was on top of everything and it was very clean.

Super pleasant with only minor set backs
Pros:

Super friendly staff named Mel.

Cons:

The remodeling cargo containers all over the parking lot, the pool door from the inside was broken and the door to the room was out of alignment so it had to be lifted to shut the door properly.

Pros:

Convenient, comfortable, clean, decent price, friendly staff. I thought the bed was very comfortable!!!!

Cons:

It seemed as though the breakfast staff was short-staffed? There were several items missing at breakfast (hard boiled eggs and a few other items were gone), but it wasn't late in the morning. Had to wait for more coffee to be brewed. Eggs were cold. Food smashed on the floor. The staff who were present were certainly busy, there just didn't seem to be enough of them.
