Pros:

The staff are helpful. Prachi and her team assisted me so well for the check in and it was really awesome.
The room service was also exceptional.

The hotel is in the good location and it's more than worth it.

ok ok. Not bad , not too good.
Pros:

The reception and houskeeping staff needs to be more responsive. I requested something in the room which was not addressed at all even after 2 reminders.

Ambiance is not up to the Ginger standard. Lifts were not working properly, furniture is old and rooms are very small

Overall a good budjet hotel .
Pros:

It was well located , well maintained sitout area , good breakfast though not elaborate , yet sufficient and appropriate .

Cons:

The entry point .The linen should be sparkling white and not yellowish . size of the room is veryy smalll . Extra charges for early checkin . The hotel should be accommodating early arrivals .
