I would rate it average or below. I expected better. Our stay in Ginger Goa was much much better
Pros:

The hotel was decent and clean. The room, though a bit small, was adequately equipped. Since our room was at the corner and the guests pantry was just next door where there was a water cooler. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

As mentioned, the room was a bit small for three people, even though we were charged for three persons. And no extra bed was provided. We were told that there is a sofa where you can sleep and it was extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant Qmin, was not equipped at all and had stopped making a large part of the menu because occupancy was low. That was not our fault. Breakfast was adequate but could have been much better with a little more variety. Both the tea and coffee were unpalatable. I noticed a Tata Coffee machine but I guess the beans used were substandard.

The room is not worth the money. Water leaks out of the bathroom. I am not satisfied.
Pros:

The location is good, but there is a lot of outside noise.
Sounds from the neighboring rooms are also clearly audible.
I did not feel any privacy.
The breakfast was okay.

Pros:

The staff are helpful. Prachi and her team assisted me so well for the check in and it was really awesome.
The room service was also exceptional.
