It was overall a good place to stay and cheap.
Pros:

The pool for the kids was great.

Cons:

The ac in the room did not work all week. And the arcade the games took most of your tokens and pool tables were missing balls

Pros:

The location was good. The pool was nice when it was open. They had to shut it down twice while we were there, because of a child having an accident in the pool.

Cons:

The bed didn't sleep good. The mattress was broke down on both sides, and the frame was squeaky. The carpet had big dirty spots all over it. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. I asked for towels and wash clothes on the second night and never did get them.

Cloudy, nasty pool. Unkept and outdated.
Pros:

We thought the pool looked great but it was cloudy and nasty. The pool had to be closed twice in 1 day to people pooping in the pool. Our room smelled gross.

The pool was nasty. Our room smelled like cigarettes and rotten trash. The pool had to be shut down twice in 1 day due to people pooping in it. The maintenance guy wasn’t very friendly. We were there 2 hours and we got refunded and went to a much nicer place!

We won't be back
Pros:

The ONLY positive I can say is the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room had a view of a wall and a pit with garbage in it. I asked to move so they put 4 of us in 1 king room and brought a roll away in so we just crammed in and wasn't comfortable but we made it work because my grandbaby really wanted to swim WELL...the pool has different shut down times apparently daily! First day we go to swim and it was closed, until 7:30pm! So the 2nd day we made sure we came back to the hotel by 7:30 so he could swim again and they said it was closed again and wouldn't open until 9:30 at night! My grandbabies are 1 and 6 years old, they are in bed that late. The only reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and do to crazy hours only got to use it once, because we planned daytime activities like Cades Cove while we were there. We will never stay here again. They really need to have a REGULAR pool schedule posted and the rooms facing the dirty pit should have pictures so people know when picking a room. The rooms are very dated and the roll away was very uncomfortable.

Pros:

No view at all in room unless you want to look at a bank of dirt. No view of mountains and we were on 4th floor. Too far away from elevators. TV didnt work most the time. No complimentary drinks and prices to by drinks way to expensive. 4 times normal price. Fireplace didnt work
