Property Description

160 unit condo-hotel on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, offering deluxe double Queen and King Jacuzzi units with private balconies, Queen fireplace rooms, and family suites. Adjoining units can be combined into up to 3-bedroom suites. Newly refreshed rooms, remodeled lobby and meeting spaces.

Important information:

Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

Early check-in before 16:00 can be requested based upon availability on the day of check-in.

Late check-out until 12:00 can be requested based upon availability on the day of check-out.

Check-out after 12:00 will incur a charge for 1 full day.

At check-in, the property will place a hold on the credit card presented for the full amount of the stay. If a different form of payment is presented, the credit card hold may take up to 3 business days to be released.

Please note that the property does not accept reservations from local residents. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room carpeting needs spot cleaned or replaced it's dated. The Grill restaurant associated with the resort is over priced, dirty and the food is poor.

The pool was open late! Hotel is convenient to lots of attractions, and restaurants.

Cons:

the parking lot is big but the could be a little hard to get into and out of spaces depending on where you park. Not horrible, but could be a little better!

Absolutely overpriced.

My child loved the slide in the pool area. The area was right in the middle of everything.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk would have rather of been anywhere but there. I walked in my room and the first thing I see is a broken drawer. Had to take a picture just in case so it didn’t come back and bite me in the butt. My room didn’t have a balcony. They have an arcade but it ate most of your tokens. Very overpriced, especially when your room has a letter stating they do not offer daily room services like fresh towels, etc. only on request by going to the front desk. You cannot door dash any food, they only allow papa John’s in the building.

Great location, but hotel has run down over the years.
Pros:

We liked the pool and location. Breakfast was ok, but go early or food would run out.

Cons:

Housekeeping never cleaned our room or brought clean towels even when asked to do so, they even ran out of clean towels. Bed covers had old food on them. Door windows had handprints on them. Tub in bathroom was rusted and bowed.
