Un desastre. No volveré jamás.

Es sin duda el hotel más aburrido en el que he estado en la vida. Me suelo alojar en 5 estrellas GL. Este sin duda es el peor. No solo aburrido el personal se escondía para no trabajar y en un sitio donde no había nadie.

Además de que estaba cerrada la puerta de la entrada me imagino para que los empleados no tengan que trabajar. El miércoles nos dicen que no hay para cenar que cierran la cocina a las 7 de la tarde entrada Agosto en Mallorca. Bueno el que vaya tendrá que contemplar a Glovo para cenar.

La lista de restaurantes que sugieren , no os fiéis. Fuimos a uno de los de la lista y era entre penoso y lamentable. BONDO: si quieres que te metan prisa para comer y beber comida barata es tu sitio.

Esta es la primera reseña que hago en mi vida en Booking. Es absolutamente lamentable.

No vayáis en la vida hay mejores opciones.

Wunderschön, ruhig, erholsam, stilvoll mit viel Herz.

Das historische Ambiente war wunderschön, die vielen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsbereiche sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Persona war aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Tochter gab es sogar einen Überraschungsmoment, alle wussten von ihrem Geburtstag und sie bekam einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen, unglaublich!

Unforgettable, beautiful and must when in Mallorca.
Pros:

From the moment I entered the lobby I was blown away. Just perfect, the welcome beverage was just what I needed. Just beautiful, I loved the history behind the building, the room was perfect, it was just an unforgettable experience. The staff were all wonderful, attentive and exceeded my expectations. The location was also an added bonus.

Luxury in the heart of Palma - fantastic hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, right in the heart of Palma. Due to the fact that there are not many hotel rooms it feels very exclusive and a slice of heaven.
Room size was fantastic and the facilities were exceptional. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in at a hotel.
The team at Can Cera are superb, everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I have to give a special mention to Benjamin who was not only welcoming on arrival, but extremely helpful throughout our stay, and even went out of his way to email me at the end of our stay with recommendations for our onward journey (several of which we took up and we are thankful we did as the recommendations were well thought out and fantastic experiences for us).

Can Cera is Palma Best in Class
Pros:

Can Cera is a best-in-class hotel, and certainly rates as one of the best stays I've had to date. The secluded (almost secret) entrance opens up into a divine oasis that serves as the breakfast/dining area, check-in, as well as a lounge space. The design aesthetic throughout evokes a quiet yet warm embrace, especially compared to the busy Old Town Palma streets just outside. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which included a superb and concise selection of options to meet all needs. The staff were all incredibly personable, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable from end-to-end. Our room was lovely and well appointed, and the blackout shades provided a much needed respite for the jet lag! I cannot speak more highly of Can Cera and dream of someday returning :)

Cons:

I'm hard pressed to find any constructive feedback to provide to Can Cera, as the facilities, staff, and overall hospitality were simply excellent. The hot tub / jacuzzi tub in the spa area was out of service during our stay but this affected us in no way, as we had no intention of using this particular amenity.

Beautiful, intimate hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location on a lovely, quiet street. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

I found the bar area a bit dark but it looked very nice.

Very pleasant stay, great location
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly, nice bar/restaurant area and breakfast delicious

Cons:

Mattress not very comfortable, too soft for us - we had an issue the first night with noise from staff at 1.30am sorting out a room adjacent to ours and had to complain, however manager very apologetic and it didn't happen again - could have also benefitted from a larger outside area, however this didn't spoil our stay
