Pros:

La qualità dell’arredo il tocco dell’architetto era evidente . Una colazione ottima la pulizia e la cordialità del personale.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo ed era rimasta solo la camera 2 . Un po’ buia e disturbata dal piano superiore

Just about everything was fabulous!
Pros:

Just about everything was fabulous. From the welcome of the staff to the standard of the room. Can Cera is a wonderful, private, peaceful hotel. We always stay in the old town of Palma when visiting and Can Cera is our new favorite. The history of the building has been kept intact with an outstanding update to a modern hotel. We'll be back!

Cons:

The evening food menu could have had a larger selection of food. The food itself was good.

Rude and not accommodating team.

Cons:

The staff was not accommodating. I asked to move my reservation for a longer period in the spring due to a family loss and they refused even though I said they could give me a nonrefundable (higher rate). My partner therefore went alone. The room had no warm water and when confronted they answered: your room is at the end of the hotel - sometimes water doesn’t reach it. Cannot recommend this place due to the people running it !

Beautiful hotel mixing sleek design with original architecture. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Great location, only 10 minutes to most attractions
