Absolutely stunning views, abundance of good food and drink all included in the price. Plenty of activities available for all ages (depending on availability) no need to leave the resort. Room was clean, staff were lovely.
A big attraction was the water slide (toboggan) into the sea, and unfortunately due to the weather (it seemed fine to us) the last slide into the sea did not open the three days we were there (a few of days ago) which was disappointing for our 14 year old son who was looking forward to it as being the highlight of our holiday. Perhaps a sign at reception and at the commencement of the walk down to the toboggan that it is closed that day would be useful, as it is quite a long walk down and that may save those interested in the toboggan only disappointment and a long walk. That said the slides also seem a bit worse for wear on closer inspection, and are due for a refresh. The booking system for the 2 restaurants that require booking is glitchy, we tried booking for the pizzeria each night through the app given, however we received an automated email saying they will get back to us and never did. At 16:30, reception has the list of bookings for that evening so we needed to go in to find out that we didn’t make the list, even after requesting a booking at 9am that day. The lines for dining halls (buffet style) restaurants could do with some better organisation as some very pushy guests would come in and cut the queues with their entire families while we are waiting patiently this was most evident at the lunch sitting.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The reception staff were welcoming and very informative about the resort. The restaurants available and choice and variety of food was exceptional especially the pizzeria. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make the stay perfect. The animation team were excellent also with adults and children. A shout out to Giovanni who energy when doing aqua gym was nothing short of phenomenal. The onsite medical team were also highly professional when we had to see them about an injury my son had got whilst off the resort. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la location: posto incantevole, l'intera struttura si affaccia sul mare e la maggior parte delle stanze sono vista mare.
Ho apprezzato che al nostro arrivo, chiedendo di poter avere la stanza vicino agli amici, la nostra richiesta sia stata accolta e che ci siano state assegnate 2 stanze con vista sul mare.
Molto buona la possibilità di poter usifruire di ben 3 piscine diverse, oltre agli scivoli con acqua di mare e tuffo nel mare.
Assai apprezzata anche la possibilità di poter cenare in 3 ristoranti diversi dal buffet, su prenotazione.
Il servizio trenino utile per spostarsi quando si è un po' stanchi (la struttura è enorme)
Sicuramente da fare la mini crociera A Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro e San Vito Lo Capo, merita!
La distanza della spiaggia è un deterrente. Anche se è disponibile il bus navetta avrei preferito poterla raggiungere a piedi.
Anche l'immensa dimensione della struttura rende lo spostamento da una zona all'altra un po' faticoso perché le distanze tra reception/stanze e piscine sotto il solo possono rivelarsi pesanti.
Gli ambienti grandi delle sale dei buffet, una in particolare, sono molto caotici
Importante: munirsi di termometro perché in caso servisse la struttura ne è sprovvista, il che si è rivelato un problema perché a mio figlio è venuta la febbre durante il ns soggiorno.
Poca informazione per eventi schiuma party e serata street food, sarebbero da sponsorizzare meglio.
Anche gli orari del mini golf sono inusuali in quanto non è usufruibile dopo le 18, attività che con le temperature della Sicilia sarebbe piacevole poter fare anche dopo cena quando è un po' più fresco.

Don’t book here, they don’t deserve your money, especially Mistral Holidays. This resort has seen better days, decades ago.
It needs alot of money spending on it. Mealtimes times a a bit of a bun fight
I returned to the uk feeling quite poorly and the rep was useless as were the management team
We were a family of 10 arriving 15.08.25. Feragusta. The resort was packed and understaffed. We had to queue to go into the dining areas which were filthy: stacks of uncleared used plates, food on the floors and what food there was poor. My Italian husband had told our family to expect wonderful food in Italy and it was shameful on a country known for great eating. As a result we ate lunch every day in a beach restaurant which was good, and each evening we took taxis into Terassini (the nearest place for restaurants) at a cost of approximately E150 each time to have diner. Although we paid for all inclusive this involved us in additional costs of approximately E3000.
Also on enquiring of other guests in identical accommodation with the same number of occupants we were charged E1000 more than them.
I have been unable to ascertain whether this was by the resort or Booking.com through whom we had booked. I also phoned the hotel and their reception confirmed that the lesser price was correct.
I had two meetings with Gussy Vitale, the Client Facing Manager, and discussed the state of the dining areas and the resort generally, and she told me that I had to understand that many of the people using the resort were ‘mal educaato’ (badly educated) which I told her was an incredibly awful thing to say about the guests, who we found particularly nice.
I have tried to get refunds from both the resort and Booking.com who sent me E200, which I grudgingly accepted as because I am elderly I found this whole matter highly stressful and unpleasant. And so I have put the matter behind me.
However I would advise anyone not to use this resort, and I will not be using Booking.com again. It seems that to book directly with the resort is cheaper.
The water was beautiful
The facilities are poorly built, old, and falling apart.
The food provided as part of full board was some of the worst we’ve had, and we have traveled in Sicily and Europe extensively. Very disappointing for the price we paid.
We ended up cutting our trip short because we weren’t sleeping well in the uncomfortable room, with thin walls in which we could hear every sound from all our neighbors. We also weren’t eating well due to the quality of the food. The property would not even refund us the daily costs tax we paid.
