The room was large and clean
Elevator not working. Ladies bathroom in the pool area not working. Hot tub was gross
Rooms were tidy and comfortable.
Main doors didn’t work, had to use side door. Their system was down for over an hour and we couldn’t check in when we arrived. Hot tub was out of order, we were told it will be open the next day and it wasn’t.
I would like to sincerely recognize the exceptional front desk staff, culinary ( Gagan) and Kiren the wait staff at the hotel. The chef and kitchen team delivered meals that were not only beautifully presented but full of flavor and consistency. The wait staff were equally impressive—attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing an outstanding dining experience. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy truly elevated our business stay.

No hot water for shower..even after running for a long time..how can you shower..not even Luke warm.. worst hotel ever!!
I bar of soap to wash with, from sink to shower..absolutely disgusting..1 shampoo conditioner for 2 guests, but I guess no one uses it because there no hot water.
Only good thing was bed was comfortable, but still not that great for cost..
I would rate your place a zero..
Overall I would never go to this chain of hotel again..
１．空港が近くて、朝早くの時間でも空港シャトルが便利でした。
２．クリスマスの日のため、レストランが閉まっていましたが、ウーバーイーツで近くのお店から部屋まで配達して貰って良かったです。
１．トイレの排水パイプが詰まっていて、部屋を交換して頂きました。事前にチェックされていれば良かったと思います。
２．部屋に髪の毛が落ちていて、清掃状態が少し気になりました。
３．クリスマスの日で、従業員がお休みのためレストランが閉まっていて残念でした。
Easy access to the hotel, we appreciated that there were some plug-in parking stalls available, The room was a nice size for two people, check-in was very easy and quick
There wasn't a free breakfast option, the heater fan in the room ran continuously
Toilet was running , thermostat didn’t work and fridge made loud buzzing all night Bed made me super itchy and tv barely worked . -5/10
After a very stressful few days and a previous bad hotel experience. Coming from the airport with 4 kids and a baby, flights cancelled everything that went wrong could! We had no milk for our baby and the staff went above and beyond to try to help us. They succeeded!
When we arrived at your hotel we were greeted with friendly faces and kind hearts. The price is also on point. I cannot say enough how welcoming and safe this hotel felt! The food was absolutely amazing- hats off to our waitress Karen! The food was 5+ stars. Everything we ordered was delicious.
Upon checking out we dealt with Ravneet Singh Kathuria, one of the kindest people, we have not been treated this well for a long time. You guys absolutely deserve more than 5 stars and our large family will never forget how welcomed we felt. Thank you to all of the staff that helped us!
The property is “ tired” snd needs an upgrade. It was clean.
The restaurant was lacking.
Server was polite, but they ran out of booze.
She said it was very busy. ( 7 customers)
This is my second time writing a review. The place is a dump and the response is not genuine. They responded with a phone number for me to call. Well they never called back. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is filthy, I cannot believe Hilton has not shut this place down.

Beautiful decor and setting with all amenities you need. In an undeveloped area , so provides quiet and no traffic noise
The restaurant has limited hours and no room service .
Warm water, no hot water plugged sink, unimpressed with tater tots on a $20 breakfast.
