I highly recommend the bed was very comfortable and clean ,nice size, some of the staffs was very friendly

Cons:

The shower water wasn’t hot enough the sink water was way hotter. But they gave me a queen instead of the king size like I booked.

Pros:

Great staff. Very nice rooms. Bed was comfortable but didn't like the flat pillows. We had a king suite which was very big and comfortable.

Cons:

Couldn't figure out how to get the AC to turn on. The thermostat said it was set to a lower temperature but it never came on.
Was surprised no EV charger which alot of Hampton's have. This would have made it a 10!

Pros:

The hotel entry and check in area was extremely hot and the hallways were very hot also and had a bad oder. The room itself had small insects in the bathroom and parking was horrible. They need to redo the rooms and give entire hotel a good general cleaning. I was very disappointed in this stay at this facility.

I was already upset that my first reservation was set for Lufkin tx property but for whatever reason it was sent to the Center tx property... in the middle of driving late at night to Lufkin i had to scramble to get my walket to try and straighten this mess all out. I finally get hold of lufkin property and the rate is almist double to what i original reserved it for . When i get to my $260 night rokm the a/c wasnt working right and the front desk couldnt figure it out either ...
