Pros:

Excellent location and good value for money, staff friendly even accommodated an early arrival.

Cons:

Breakfast was amazing - only thing was the eggs in the eggs Benedict wasn’t runny :) apart from that was perfect…

Bom hotel
Pros:

Localizado num bairro simpático mas não no centro de Liverpool. Cama confortável. Bom pequeno almoço, apesar de diferente da maioria dos hotéis, a começar por ter de se marcar hora e de ter de encomendar as comidas quentes (ovos mexidos, escalfados, salsichas,...) Bom chuveiro e toalhas grandes de boa qualidade.

Cons:

Os funcionários deveriam ser mais simpáticos. Os preços das bebidas no bar são altos. A TV da sala do hotel não funciona ou não a querem ligar.

Pros:

Loved the decor in the restaurant and lobby area, very quirky. The shower was great and bathrobes a lovely extra.
Also great to have the room serviced, the service staff were very accommodating and nice.
Breakfast was good, a great selection, and on the whole the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a really good location, close to Albert Dock and the town centre.

Cons:

Didn't like not having a loo brush (due to health & safety when we asked?!)
Apart from that the room had everything we needed, but it was on the small side, and a bit bland (considering the lobby and restaurant were very promising and stylish).
Also couldn't get room service when we came back one night, as advertised, as the kitchen had run out of food. Was a bit disappointed as the night porter had already taken our order.
Having said that, overall we had a good experience.
