Razocarana jako osobljem restorana i doruckom.
Ovo je hotel. Sto znaci da dolaze ljudi u njega iz raznih krajeva svijeta sa razlicitim kulturama i obicajima. Njihov princip rada mi kao gosti ne znamo onda s obzirom da je drugaciji red je da nas se upozna s tim.
Da vi navecer sjedite za stolom u restoranu dva konobara za sankom samo vas gledaju i oni pricaju i nista 10minuta prema vama i onda ih pitate sto se dogada jel nas mozete posluzit a oni vama da da vi dodete na sank pa narucite?! Dobro u redu al da nas upoznate s tim. I pnda tako dolaze drugi ljudi svi isto se gledaju (zbunjeno) kao i mi na pocetku - te im se mi ovracamo i govorimo znate ako nesto zelite morate sami ic narucit... i tako ne znas di si dosa... restoran ili samoposlugu.
A dorucak jako los s obzirom na standarde i zvjezdice hotela. I nekog tko ima celijakiju lose lose.
A da hotel u ponudi ima za dorucak dvi vrste sira i dvije salame...jako lose... daleko je to od standardnog kontinetalnog dorucka.

Great central location with bright, modern decor
Pros:

Excellent central location, 15 minutes walk from Lime Street station, 10 from Liverpool One. Nice bar area which stayed open late. Bright, modern decor.

Cons:

Nothing really. The ‘large double’ bed was a little cosy. Breakfast was reasonable but not exceptional.

A perfectly located , comfortable and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

A modern well presented property with attention to detail. Good quality toiletries, thick fluffy towels, robes, slippers, well stocked tea tray and mini bar. The staff were very attentive and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. It was our ruby wedding so our room was upgraded we had free drinks at the bar and a lovely message on the mirror.

Staff very friendly, good location

Cons:

Our room was connected to another (via connecting closed door) - room number 226. We could hear the guest in that room quite clearly especially late at night. Also, there was quite a bit of noise which seemed to come from water pipes. We were not informed our room would be connected to another. This left us a little bit anxious.
