Great location very clean and comfortable with excellent service and staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice on the buffet plus the cooked breakfast. We also had a meal in the Chapel and Barrel and that was also very good and the staff were all so very helpful and friendly

A pleasant experience
Pros:

Comfy beds , plenty of space in the bedroom and the bathroom was easy access, this was important to us as we are OAPs.
The continental breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room was dark and the lighting inadequate we couldn’t see to use the kettle!

breakfast although they say its freshly cooked, how can you order Bacon, sausage and scrambled egg, then its at your table in 2 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic - Staff, location, amenities, vibes. Hotel indigo has it all.
Pros:

Hotel Indigo have never let us down! We have stayed here multiple times before and after this visit we will certainly be back again. The rooms are so spacious and have all of the things you need such as a kettle, mini fridge, body wash. The staff are extremely friendly and were more than happy to answer all of our questions.

Cons:

The only negative is that the shower still had beard hairs in from the previous occupant but this was easily resolved and not a major issue. Other than this I would genuinely struggle to pick out anything else that I did not like. It may be up there in the top 3 hotels in Liverpool.
