Pros:

L'accueil est extrêmement convivial, le petit déjeuner en libre service est copieux, le restaurant adjoint à l'hôtel est tout à fait convenable. La formule du parking est pratique, et les membres du personnel sont charmants.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit est un gros dur ; cela lui accorde probablement une bonne durée de vie mais un confort relatif.

Pros:

Localisation et accueil top. Chambre avec vue lac, hôtel cosy, petit-déjeuner simple mais avec du choix. Nous recommandons le restaurant situé en dessous de l'hôtel "Lo Zaïno"

Cons:

L'insonorisation est très mauvaise, on entend les voisins parler ou le bruit de la chasse d'eau et douche. Des personnes sans aucun savoir vivre ont mis de la musique à 2h du matin...mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

Week-end à Evian.
Pros:

L'emplacement proche des thermes, du centre ville, de l'embarcadère est parfait. L'accueil du personnel, la propreté de l'établissement et le restaurant qui est relié à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le fait que l'hôtel n'ai pas de stationnement. Il fait compter avec les parkings et places en ville.
