A friendly, well-located hotel in a charming town.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly & helpful. Great location to the ferry on Lac Leman & the lovely old town of Evian, with it’s museums, restaurants, shops & sites.

Cons:

Wish it had a lift, but the staff helped us with our luggage.

Sehr netter, hilsbereiter Empfang. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Hat alles was man braucht im Hotel. Frühstück vielseitig und unkompliziert.
Hat man Fragen, erhält man schnell Antwort oder eine gute Beratung. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Tolle Stadt, die Quelle das neue eröffnete Quellhaus mit Zugang der Stadt ist toll geworden, hat auch grosszügige Toilet

Die Lage am See ist phantastisch. Die Klimaanlage läuft gut

Cons:

Die Balkondoppeltüre ging schlecht zu öffnen, streift unten. Wenn einem der Autolärm in der Nacht nicht stört, Alternative zur Klimaanlage, man hört die Vögel und das Wasser und eben die Autos
