Nous allons pas aimer, et on a découvert un peu beaucoup de poussière au-dessus du lit quand on a monté avec notre télécommande le lit là on était un peu choqué, le ménage n’est absolument pas bien faites si vous allez à l’hôtel regarder la même chose comme nous on en a fait après nous allons pas reçu dans la chambre des petites gourmandises Sur le petit plateau, nous allons tous bien déguster, mais après on a rien reçu et rien n’était préparé dans la chambre pendant notre absence. Dommage. Après j’étais allé me baigner à la piscine, nous avons découvert le caca de un bébé se baignent dedans. Du coup la piscine était fermé après ça c’était pas aussi un peu désagréable.

Wir haben uns bei unserem Kurzaufenthakt sofort ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal (in allen Bereichen des Hotels) war von Anbeginn des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gross und der Badbereich ist modern und ebenfalls hinreichend gross.

Alles, das ist ein Erlebnis, dass man erlebt haben muss; von Eindruck, Angebot, Frühstücksauftritt und -qualität bis hin zum Standort - ausgezeichnet. Besonders das Hotel-Personal ist hervorzuheben; freundlich, hilsbereit und professionell.

Cons:

Eher eine persönliche Äusserung: ich finde, dass ein Ersatzbett in einem Zimmer für 3 Personen zur Hälfte angerechnet werden soll. Grund: der Komfort ist nicht gleich und beeinflusst das Empfinden beim Liegen/Schlafen, auch das Erlebnis reduziert sich automatisch. Schade für die dritte Person, die den Komfort in einem so wundervollen Hotel nicht stimmig gegenüber Person 1 & 2 auskosten kann. Preisleistung in dieser Hinsicht ist es nicht erfüllt. Dies hält uns allerdings nicht von weiteren Aufenthalten ab, wir wissen nun, dass ein Zimmer mit Ersatzbett nicht in unsere Wahl fällt.
