For a vibe, tradition and class, the only place to stay in Heidelberg
Pros:

It was a high standard 5* hotel and the plus was when the owners interacted with Guests. The personal tough and the friendly owners.........................It has been in there family since 1906 and the current Directors hope the family tradition continues

Cons:

Their main restaurant is excellent, beautifully appointed and the menu superb, except that the Chefs need to be more inventive for Vegan / Vegetarian options.

Alles perfekt!
Tolle Lage - wenige Meter in die Fußgängerzone.
Sehr exklusiv. Zimmer, Bett und Bad super. Das Frühstück gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Für ihn war ein Hundebett hergerichtet.
Der Wellnessbereich mit 3 Saunen und Schwimmbad super sauber.
Tiefgarage mit Ladestation vorhanden.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Jederzeit wieder, aber dann länger

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Europäischen Hof und haben uns schon in das Hotel verliebt. Äusserst entgegenkommende und umsichtige Servicekräfte, das tolle Frühstücksbüffet, ein herrlich bequemes Bett und der schöne Wellnessbereich machten unseren Kurzaufenthalt
zu einer wirklich genussvollen Auszeit.
Die Lage des Hotels könnte kaum besser sein. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone.

Cons:

Habe eine Badewanne vermisst, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
