Pros:

J'ai eu envie d'aller dans cet hôtel, après avoir vu une interview de la gérante qui indiquait placer le bien être de ses collaborateurs avant ceux des clients, et de l'hôtel. Cela m'a intrigué, et j'ai voulu voir par moi même. Force est de constater que les employés prennent plaisir à faire ce qu'il font, et que cela se ressent au quotidien. L'atmosphère est calme et détendue, tout en étant vivante. Tout le monde est très souriant et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, et la nourriture servie est extra. Je ne regrette pas, et recommande vivement cet établissement. Il est situé au coeur d'Heidelberg, ville très romantique et chargée d'histoire. J'espère pouvoir y retourner rapidement, dès que notre budget le permettra.

Classic, distinctive luxury. Can't wait to return!
Pros:

Marvelous building feels like something from a Wes Anderson film. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast options were extensive and quality. Really enjoyed the spa and unique pool set up. Neighborhood is near the university, good mix of shops and restaurants. Moderate walk to the peak tourist areas.

Cons:

The structure is historic and full of character but also some of the floors are uneven. This was fine for us, but may be a more of a challenge for visitors with mobility limitations

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Spabereich ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man. Es wäre ein überschaubarer Aufwand das Hotel aufzupolieren, ohne den tollen traditionellen Charme zu verlieren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist suboptimal. Bei dem Preissegment muss alles perfekt passen. Renovierungsbedürftigkeit darf nicht sein.
