Classic, distinctive luxury. Can't wait to return!
Pros:

Marvelous building feels like something from a Wes Anderson film. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast options were extensive and quality. Really enjoyed the spa and unique pool set up. Neighborhood is near the university, good mix of shops and restaurants. Moderate walk to the peak tourist areas.

Cons:

The structure is historic and full of character but also some of the floors are uneven. This was fine for us, but may be a more of a challenge for visitors with mobility limitations

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Spabereich ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man. Es wäre ein überschaubarer Aufwand das Hotel aufzupolieren, ohne den tollen traditionellen Charme zu verlieren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist suboptimal. Bei dem Preissegment muss alles perfekt passen. Renovierungsbedürftigkeit darf nicht sein.

Your hotel was excellent, and most importantly, my wife felt the same way!!
Pros:

I liked that it was a family owned business for many generations. The staff was very friendly also.

We were only at the Hotel for 24 hours but in that time I met the lovely Anna at the front desk, was escorted to my room
Pros:

The Grand Stylings of the past with rich colours, velvets, cushions, chandeliers, details … That every detail is so well maintained in the public spaces & the rooms. My junior suite was gorgeous Room 245!!

Cons:

I loved everything, but more gluten & dairy free options in the bar & restaurant would be wonderful !!

Ein phantastisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personalund Besitzer.
Pros:

Das Hotel verströmte eine einzigartige Atmosphäre – man fühlte sich in eine vergangene, elegante Zeit zurückversetzt. Die weihnachtliche Dekoration verstärkte diesen Eindruck zusätzlich. Wir haben ausgezeichnet gegessen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
