Localização, limpeza e conforto do apartamento.
Excelente café da manhã;
Atendimento nota 10 da equipe da cozinha.

Cons:

Atendentes da recepção precisam de treinamento para melhor atendimento.
Esqueci um vidro de shampoo no apartamento, mandei mensagem logo depois que saímos, informei que iria passar depois para buscar, retornaram posteriormente informando que foi encontrado. Tenho certeza absoluta que ficou no suporte de shampoo do banheiro.

Café da manhã bom! Quarto grande ! Limpeza de qualidade!

Cons:

O lixo que ficava na frente do prédio, todos os dias a noite! E qd cheguei , infelizmente foi a primeira impressão ( desleixo) morador dormindo ao lado da porta da recepção!

Ótimo custo benefício próximo ao centro de BH
Pros:

Boa localização em BH, possível de fazer alguns passeios a pé. Quarto possui boas instalações, uma linda vista da cidade. Excelente custo benefício pelo conforto. Proximidade com o ponto de embarque do ônibus Conexão Aeroporto, facilitando o deslocamento de quem vem ou precisa ir até lá.

Cons:

Instalações antigas, o que não é necessariamente um problema, mas é perceptível que o hotel é datado. O elevador por exemplo, é demorado, e um deles estava em manutenção durante a estadia. Café da manhã era bom, mas sem variedade no decorrer das diárias.
