Lo más rico del hotel es el área de la piscina y todas las áreas comunes muy agradables para quedarse sobre todo en días sin tour. Restaurante en el hotel con buena vista y rico ceviche. El desayuno era okay.
La pieza no nos gustó mucho, almohadas incómodas, el baño olia raro. No había frigobar en la pieza.
Ottima posizione (vicino al centro ma zona più’ tranquilla e silenziosa), bellissima struttura, immersa nel verde, bungalow spaziosi con terrazzino, buona colazione, piscina piccola ma carina. Il ristorante che si affaccia sul mare è bello e molto buono con personale molto gentile. Ringrazio ancora ufficialmente Ms. Jocelyn x la grande disponibilità, i preziosi consigli e tutto l’aiuto datomi prima e dopo il soggiorno.
Caro ma è un’isola, magica, sperduta nell’oceano. Il servizio gratuito di transfer x il minuscolo (leggi: 4 sedie , no WiFi, no aria condizionata) aeroporto, che si trova letteralmente a 5 m d’auto, non può essere fissato 4 e più ore prima (in pratica ti costringono a prendere un taxi)

O ambiente paradisíaco dos jardins do hotel traz muito prazer de se hospedar. Todos os quartos tem vista, varanda, para o belíssimo jardim, também com piscina. Cama super confortável e quarto bem espaçoso. Staff super gentis e atenciosos. O serviço de transfer é gratuito! voltarei um dia!

Es increíble lo recomiendo 100%, ubicación buenísima, las piezas súper cómodas, te van a buscar al aeropuerto gratis con una bienvenida… además la vista del restaurante preciosa. El desayuno buenisimo súper completo y rico.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful gardens.
As a solo traveller without Spanish on my first night I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the restaurant staff and the food was disappointing.
The hotel location is perfect. We rented a car before the trip, but realized that it is not necessary. All the major sites require a guide to enter, so you only need to book guided tours. The guides all have their all vehicles. We did not use our car much, which is a waste of $390. We walked to the restaurants, to the theatre to see Kari Kari, to the market for snacks. The dining room is directly facing the sea. It was an amazing experience to hear the ocean while having breakfast on the porch of the dining room. The staff was very helpful, we made a last minute request to find a half-day hiking trip to the top of the mountain. They reached out to guides that are affiliated with the hotel, and found one in 3 hours. The communication is easy via WhatsApp. The breakfast is okay, we did not expect much for it, after all it is an island.
The Wifi in the room is poor, almost no signals at all. I had to go to the lobby to use wifi for work and the internet was on and off sometimes. Suggest the hotel to upgrade their wifi service to StarLink.
