Location hygiene & staff, it was like a boutique hotel. Can’t fault it

C est la 2 eme fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravie. L équipe à tous les niveau est serviable et à l écoute. Le cadre est magnifique. Que dire nous reviendrons une 3 eme fois!!!! Le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner un vrai délice !! L emplacement est idéal 🥰

Es war perfekt. Man kann es garnicht in Worte fassen. Der Aufenthalt war der Wahnsinn. Lage, Hotel, Personal, Hotel... Es war super. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen riesig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool hin. Es war unglaublich schön. Es kam zweimal am Tag der Zimmerservice, um das Zimmer zu reinigen und für die Nacht vorzubereiten. Das Personal war sofort hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute lokale Empfehlungen für uns. Einfach wow.

As a gay couple, we didn't know how we would be received. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, welcoming hospitality. We never sensed any negative vibes. We always felt comfortable being ourselves.

Pros: Room villa very spacious. Private pool a nice touch. Bathroom well laid out in terms of design and is large. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast appears limited with lots of extras you must pay for but in reality they don't charge thankfully and they can make special meals upon request. Location really good, right in the heart of Ubud yet it is peaceful and very quiet. We didn't have any monkeys in the hotel while we were there thankfully though they were on the adjoining street. Bed very comfortable.

Overall: would recommend this hotel to others as it has everything you need in a good location.

We have absolutely loved our stay at Royal Kamala. First and foremost, the staff has been amazing — so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The room itself is incredibly comfortable, cool, and relaxing, and the balcony has been one of our favorite parts of the experience. At night we’ve watched the bats fly overhead, and during the afternoons we’ve been able to sit and watch monkeys playing in the trees and even visiting the balcony. We’ve also loved watching the squirrels running through the palm trees and a dove building a nest just a few feet away from us. It truly feels like being immersed in nature while still being close to everything.

The location is perfect. You can walk to practically any restaurant you could want. Monkey Forest is about a 10-minute walk, the market and palace are around 20 minutes away, Lotus Temple about 25 minutes, and even money exchange is only a few minutes from the hotel.

Breakfast has been outstanding every morning — delicious food and more than you could possibly want.

What truly stood out was the staff and service. Anytime we needed anything, it was taken care of almost immediately and always with kindness and a smile. The level of attentiveness made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing.

This hotel has been such a beautiful and memorable part of our Bali trip, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Hier ist wirklich alles super! Ich gebe eigentlich nicht die volle Anzahl an Sternen, aber hier ist es verdient.
Man muss auch nichtmal unbedingt das Hotel verlassen, weil man alles innerhalb erledigen kann. Die Kehrseite ist natürlich, dass sich das ganz schön aufsummieren kann (Wäsche, Massage, Restaurant).

The staff were very polite and friendly.
The room was beautiful. It was on the third floor. There was no elevator but the staff helped with our bags.
The breakfast was delicious.
The location was fantastic. We had monkeys just outside our room.

Absolutely everything! Perfect retreat with comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel.

We loverd everything about our stay at Royal Kamuela Suites. We had a fantastic time. Everyone looked after us so well. The villa and the pool were gorgeous and the food delicious.

Lovely team, restaurant and location.

Çok temiz, güler yüzlü çalışanlar, sorunsuz, housekeeping çok başarılı, kahvaltı gayet iyi,konumu mükemmel, normal havuza bitişik olan sıcak açık hava havuzunda oturmak çok keyifli, 5 gün içerisinde birkaç kez otelin ortak bahçesinde maymun gördük ancak zararsızlardı.
