Pros:

It was beautiful!! We arrived at night and they gave us a tour of the resort using a golf cart. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I cannot describe. I spent time having long conversations with them and we shared things about out personal lives.

英語が苦手な私たちに対しても嫌がらずに分かりやすく身にケーションをとってくれた。

Pros:

The hotel is located next to the monkey forest and surrounding restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel looks bigger and better than in the photos. Photos don't do the hotel justice. The hotel is clean and QUIET, :) and the staff are amazing. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.

Hôtel magique et emplacement idéal pour découvrir Ubud à pied

La chambre magnifique avec une vue sur toute la piscine (307)
Service au top et restaurant très bon
Spa vraiment très agréable

Cons:

Un peu de bruit de la rue au loin. L’agitation d’Ubud n’est pas loin, mais l’hôtel est très calme
