Très bon séjour
Pros:

l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme, la plage privée avec la navette, très beau restaurant pour le diner le soir sur la plage avec coucher de soleil.

Cons:

De ne pas pouvoir choisir nos mets pour ne pas faire de gaspillage et de trop attendre, de ne pas avoir de restauration à midi et le soir sur l’hôtel.

Family visit.
Pros:

I have been staying in this hotel for years and it's always a pleasant experience. Beach is close by and amazing, white sand with pine trees over the beach. Service and breakfast are very good and the rooms comfortable, spacious and with a balcony. It is a location mostly unknown to North America but worth exploring. It's also close to Siena & Florence and the wine region. It is highly recommended.

Schöner Aufenthalt der in guter Erinnerung bleibt
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Der Strand ein Traum. Das Frühstück war üppig und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es gab einen tollen Spielraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker usw.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, ist aber sauber und funktionsfähig. Der Preis ist recht hoch.

Golf Hotel che non c‘entra niente con il Campo da Golf di Punta Ala
Pros:

Purtroppo non c’entra niente con il Golf di Punta Ala che invece è molto bello ma si trova a 3 km di distanza

Cons:

Struttura vecchia e decadente, era da anni che la colazione non era al Buffet ma servita.
Siamo partiti un giorno prima perché proprio non accogliente

Pros:

Esperienza molto deludente per la tariffa pagata.
Struttura vecchia, stanza fredda scura e malodorante, piscina abbandonata a se stessa. Poltrone esterne rovinate rimaste agli anni 70. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà. Palestra con attrezzi vecchi e cigolanti e con soffitto basso. La SPA inesistente. Solo la spiaggia carina.
Sconsiglio fortemente.

Cons:

Staff was not welcoming, we saw eyes rolling and puffing. Nobody helped with the luggage, when we asked for some extra towels and a pillow they told us we had to go to reception and get it ourselves

Stayed for a week in September,The room was very nice overlooking the pool with a balcony,Breakfast had a good selection and the hot breakfast cooked to order was divine staff very attentive ,the weather was a mixed bag ,but the young guy on reception was so helpful and recommended some beautiful towns and restaurants to visit loved every recommendation Highly Recommend

Disappointing for the money we spent and if you are staying here a car an necessity
Pros:

Discount for green fees for the golf course.

Cons:

This is not a four star hotel.
The pictures do not reflect the hotel in its current status, it is very out dated.
If you are looking for value for money go elsewhere.
We ended up leaving early.
It’s a pity because the staff are lovely.

Although my overall experience had some drawbacks, the suite room itself was a highlight. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Despite arriving early at 9 AM, my room wasn’t ready until well after the official check-in time, which was frustrating. Additionally, the restaurant left much to be desired in terms of both service and quality of food. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations, and I hope improvements are made in the future

For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable.

Umoderne men med bra beliggenhet
Pros:

Hotellet holder ikke hva det lover på sine hjemmesider, det er lenge siden dette hotellet var moderne og fresht, særlig hva gjelder soverommene og uteområdet. Her trengs betydelig oppgradering både innendørs og utendørs. Restaurant var relativt bra men noe treg service. Beste med hotellet var fine strandsenger ved Beach club’en, samt utrolig høflig og god service fra Michael i resepsjonen.
