The ac was not cold
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Gepäckservice bis zum Zimmer war angenehm. Der Poolbereich ist groß, auch wenn es dort durch viele Kinder teilweise sehr laut war. Man konnte die Liege aber an ruhigere Stellen ziehen.
Die Loungebar war entspannt, und die Bedienung dort war wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Schade war nur, dass keine Musik gespielt wurde, auch abends nicht. Die Preise lagen bei 11 € für einen Aperol und 7,50 € für ein Bier.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung. Man konnte Eierspeisen, Crêpes und Pancakes bestellen. Auch beim Frühstück waren die Kellner sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten ein Design-Doppelzimmer im Hotelgebäude, Zimmer 226, für rund 300 € pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück. Leider entsprach das Zimmer aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht dem Preis und auch nicht dem Niveau, das man bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.
Das Zimmer wirkte ungemütlich, kalt, sehr minimalistisch und abgewohnt. Die Wände waren sichtbar nicht mehr richtig weiß. Im Badezimmer, insbesondere in der Dusche, gab es Schimmel. Die Couch war geflickt und wirkte leider nicht sauber, sodass ich mich ohne Handtuch nicht darauf setzen wollte.
Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, sondern nur löslichen Kaffee und Pappbecher. Der Bereich für Kleidung war extrem klein, ein richtiger Kleiderschrank fehlte, ebenso ausreichend Ablagefläche für Koffer. Der Fernseher war sehr klein und wirkte alt.
Sehr unangenehm war das Badezimmerfenster mit einem hellen, sehr transparent wirkenden Leinenvorhang. Besonders abends bei eingeschaltetem Licht hatte ich kein gutes Gefühl, da ich selbst von innen nach außen sehen konnte. Mein Mann hat deshalb ein Handtuch ins Fenster geklemmt.
Das größte Problem war die extrem laute Klimaanlage. Sie brummte nachts so stark, dass es sich anfühlte, als würde ein LKW vor dem Fenster stehen. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hörte Türen laut zuschlagen, Schritte und Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern, auch aus dem Zimmer darüber. Erholsamer Schlaf war dadurch kaum möglich.
Ein Zimmerwechsel war laut Hotel nicht möglich, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht sei. Über Booking waren allerdings weiterhin Zimmer buchbar, auch in derselben Kategorie, was uns gewundert hat. Eine andere Lösung oder Kompensation wurde nicht angeboten. Auch der angekündigte Techniker wegen der lauten Klimaanlage kam nicht.
Zusätzlich haben wir abends im Gartenpool ein Nutria gesehen, das dort geschwommen ist. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet.

The breakfast selection was very good, with a wide variety of options. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location by the lake is beautiful, and the walking path along the lake was one of the highlights. The landscaping and overall atmosphere of the property were also very relaxing and enjoyable.
The reception experience was extremely disappointing. Check-in time was at 3 PM, and we arrived around 1 PM, fully understanding that the room might not yet be ready. However, the receptionist was very unfriendly from the beginning. She found the reservation and told us to come back in two hours.
In most hotels, staff usually explain the facilities and suggest where guests can spend time while waiting, such as the restaurants, or playground. None of this was offered. Only after we specifically said we wanted to spend time at the restaurant did she reluctantly explain where it was.
We also asked if we could leave the car key so the luggage could be taken out once the room was ready, but she responded in a very unhelpful way, saying something like “security handles that, you need to speak with them.”
Additionally, the room walls are extremely thin. We could hear a crying child in the next room throughout the entire night, which made it very difficult to sleep.
