Such a beautiful part of the planet. Lots of places to walk and wander.

Such a beautiful and peaceful stay. The staff was outstanding and the facilities are gorgeous.

Fantastic place with beautiful gardens the room and communal areas need a bit more love .

The gardens and swimming pool were amazing

Cons:

The room 459 seemed unfinished. No towel rail, no hooks for dressing gowns , drawer front missing.
The breakfast was strange that you order eggs at the table then have to make your own toast. I ordered pancakes once but they were cold . Buffet was good.
The art work on the walls was boring and uninspiring.it seemed ridiculous to collect towels from the spa rather than the outdoor pool.

Great stay with great beds, breakfast and restaurants
Pros:

We loves every single bit of the property, very nice with the adult pool. It was also very pretty with the small ponds with the fishes. Big propert wich tjej keep very clean

Wir kommen wieder!!
Pros:

Sehr nettes, offenes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Perfekte Sauberkeit und Gepflegtheit der Häuser und der Anlage.
Parkplätze sowohl draußen, als auch in der Tiefgarage ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Wickelplatz am Kinderpool extrem lieblos, dreckig und stickig.
Keine Möglichkeit Jacken in Flur der Suite aufzuhängen und toll wären „Trockenleinen“ auf dem Balkon.

Il parco, le varie attività disponibili (tennis, padel, beach, pingpong, piscine)

Cons:

Spa un pò vecchiotta, nella piscina cristallo c'erano sempre bambini che giocavano e urlavano. il bagno della camera non era come nelle foto della prenotazione (dalle foto doveva essere un bagno moderno) e non c'era la cabina armadio. Se i vari campi da gioco fossero inclusi e non a pagamento sarebbe ottimo

Location was great as well as the surroundings and pools.
Check is process was unpleasant, not kids friendly and not at all welcoming.
The atmosphere felt little off even though the staff overall was quite friendly and helpful.
Our room was ok but not great value for money.
Our formal complaint was treated with indifference.

A place that could be 5 star but with 2 star services
Pros:

The surrounding nature is amazing!!!
The swimming pools were very clean.
The spa looked nice but we did not get any chance since it was fully booked.
The breakfast and restaurants were quite nice but in general the place seemed understaffed.
The majority of the staff were kind and friendly.

Cons:

The check in was not at all pleasant and even though we formally complaint the front desk manager did not seem to care at all.

החדר עצמו היה חדש ויפה. הגינה של המלון יפה וגדולה.

זה התחיל בשירות בצ'ק אין שהיה לא נעים, לא הסבירו לנו כלום וזה הרגיש שרק רצו שנלך משם. אח"כ קיבלנו חדר מאוד מאוד מרוחק וכל פעם היה צריך ללכת מלא רק כדי לצאת או להיכנס לחדר. האוכל בארוחת בוקר היה לא טוב. שקיבלנו את החדר אז היו מים על הרצפה במקלחת (לא ברור מה הסיבה) ומגבת משומשת באחת המגירות. באופן כללי- לא מומלץ.
