Pros:

The facilities are amazing you could spend all your day inside the resort and won’t get bored. The in-facility Restaurant was amazing! The breakfast selection is huge.

Cons:

The staff weren’t friendly during our check in. The staff of the breakfast area aren’t around so it was hard to make an order when you want to.

Excellent location and facilities. Bring some ear plugs for sleeping.

Location, facilities. Food was outstanding! Breakfast service was very good.

Cons:

There were no doors in the stairwells so you can hear all the noise from the bar/restaurant/reception in your room. This was a particular issue when trying to sleep….especially the night before a marathon!

The air conditioning is not working or is too weak. An extra bed was requested and approved, but it hasn't been provided. We contacted them, but they still haven't provided the bed.

Pros:

The place is very beautiful and the location is excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and all the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The reception staff need to be more polite.
The massage service was below expectations. The setting was not very comfortable, and the therapists lacked professionalism.

Beautiful location but hotel stay a disappointment

Walls paper thin between rooms. Woken each night by room next to us with alarm continuously going off at 4am. Complained to staff and not really interested.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Frühstück und sehr sauber

Die Lage mit Seaside View (6. Etage) war super schön. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Der Service aufmerksam. Und der Garten ist traumhaft schön.

- نظافة الغرفة والشفق، توفر جميع الإحتياجات، توفر الأسرة المريحة، توفر جميع الخدمات والبوفيه مشمول في حجزي + خدمات السبا
- طاقم العمل جميعاً في خدمتك على مدار اليوم بكل إحترافية ولطف وتعاون.
- يوجد مول صغير تتوفر فيه جميع الخدمات من سوبر ماركت ومحلات ملابس ومطاعم جميلة تناسب جميع الأذواق وغيرها.
- سنتر ريفا وميناء القوارب يعتبر قريب من الممشى الخلفي.
- أجمل حديقة وخدمات ممكن تشاهدها وتعيشها لدرجة أنك ممكن تكتفي بالجلوس في المنتجع وماتطلع.
- المواقف المجانية المتوفرة.
- بجانبه العديد من الكافيات والمطاعم ومحلات الجيلاتو اللذيذة.
