Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre, szczególne podziękowania dla Pana kelnera Luci ( wyjątkowo pozytywna i pomocna osoba-dziękujemy) tacy Pracownicy to skarb! Park fantastyczny gratulujemy. Było cudownie.

Cons:

Uważamy ,ze budynek F należy odświeżyć . Szczególnie łazienki nie kwalifikują się na 4 gwiazdki.( cena do jakości).

Pros:

Gyönyörű a park. Nagyon jó a hotel elhelyezkedése. Tisztaság van a hotelben. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A reggeliztető személyzetből külön kiemelném a szőke hajú hölgyet, akinek mindig volt egy-két kedves szava hozzánk. A vacsoránál az ételek különösen finomak. Nagyon ajánlom a szállodát mindenkinek.
The park is beautiful. The hotel has an excellent location and is kept clean. The staff are very kind; I would particularly like to mention the blonde lady from the breakfast team, who always had a kind word for us. The dinner dishes are exceptionally delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lush property on Lake Garda
Pros:

Location: the resort certainly hit the sweet spot for me and my family ( 6 adults and 4 children ages 2-6). The lake was right outside the gates of the property, on the opposite side - across the street from the town mini-mall with supermarket and a 15 minute stroll along the lakefront walking/bicycle path to the town center ( Riva del Garda).
Atmosphere : Definitely a more ‘upscale’
Property with lush gardens and beautiful pathways.
Rooms: We booked a two room cottage as did one of my daughters. Zero personality with white walls, white cabinets and zero decoration. It was decently equipped which includes a dishsoap and sponge. Couch bed was ok for kids and unbearable for adults. Bathroom adequate. Bedroom storage decent. Outside patio with 4 chairs.
As for our original room( bungalow 1) the location could not have been worse ! We were literally at the crossroads for the main hotel entrance, the suite hotel entrance and the pathway to all else ( pool, restaurant and lake ). And to top it off when people were exiting the restaurant and gym they were directly facing our room. So…. Beautiful and lush it was not. We requested a room change from the front desk given the almost $600/ night charge for the two of us. My husband was told this was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager who kindly listened to my concerns but initially repeated what my husband was told. When I explained how deeply unhappy I was he said let me see what I can do. Hours later he had one of his employees show me a beautiful suite whose balcony was street facing with the noise that went along with it. Definitely not what I signed up for. The other option was moving rooms the next day. Other than having no room still after 2pm we were switched and we were quite happy with the room location change.
Restaurants; the more casual restaurant near the pool served tasty pizzas. Service was ok. The over restaurant which was outdoors was hot, the service awful and the food no better. Definitely don’t waste you time and money here.

The grounds and pool- simply beautiful!!
We also checked out the adult pool ( which we didn’t make use of because with were with our family with children) which was tucked away and looked quite nice.

Kids club- 3 of our grandchildren (4,4.5,
And 6) loved it here. We had to pull them away at times.

Would we return- yes as long as we were clear on room location
