I like the hotel but need some updates in certain rooms
Need new bath towel
The pool area need some refresh
Breakfast was very ordinarily and the same every day nothing to say that I ate this and that .the location is very good .

The hotel has nice location and very nice sea side and pool , but very very old rooms.
Not comfortable

The hotel is well located next to the beach. Next to many dining options. Good breakfast, basic as for low season now, clean and tasty ,the sweets are the chef's speciality so yummmy.

Very relaxing

This was my second stay at Bel Azur and it is a very friendly hotel and has a lovely swimming pool and area.

Very well located, parking near buy. Rooms are clean. The view from the pool is breathtaking overseeing the mountain and Harissa. Breakfast had varieties. The staff, Charbel, Michael, Michel are really informative and helpful. I will definitely come back.

The location and view is amazing, beds are comfortable and you have access to the pool anytime you like, staff are amazing and so friendly, just bathroom the shower area needs to be renovated.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal . Säsongen hade inte börjat så underhåll pågick av poolerna . Frukosten var så där . Läget var bra små restauranger och affärer runt omkring.Är säkert ett kanonställe under säsong.

Excellent pool and politeness of staff. Even though in general Lebanon has poor electricity supplies, Bel Azur tended to manage this with just a minute or two of outages.

The location of this hotel was amazing and the outdoor pool was great. However, the bed rooms were not clean, rug was very dirty and the tub- we kept our shoes on the whole time and the elevator didn’t have any sensors when you exit and enter and it almost caught my arm.

I like bel azur so much and nothing is not good. The sea view is amazing and everything was very good.

Truly the hotel does not deserve a four start status. At check in they tried to make us pay more for our 6yr old son when I clearly made the reservation as 2 adults and one child. The room were very old and not clean to the point I can’t walk bare foot on the room carpet, plus AC and TV remotes had to be changed. I asked for turn down service since the bed sheets were stained and was told we have no one to service your need. The pools were overly crowded since it’s a paid community pool as well as hotel guests access. Breakfast was of poor quality and the service has Seen better days. You can’t truly swim in the sea since the hotel is connected to a marina.

i liked the location. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is great.
I did not like the sea, it's polluted.
I did not like the pool. high level of Chlore that harms eyes and skin.
Pool borders are very slippery and tiles are broken in some areas.
Staff are friendly but they lied to us about the parking. We ended up paying $15 for the parking

What a great place to stay. Very clean hotel with breathtaking views of jounieh and the mountain. The pool and outdoor area is wonderful. The free breakfast buffet was delicious. They also have a sandy beach which is nice and clean as well. The staff is friendly and inviting. I could not have chosen a better location. I will definitely be back

The hotel room was nicely appointed with plenty of space, a desk, and a refrigerator. The breakfast is nice and the service staff were very helpful and kind. My disappointment was with the lack of hot water. I tried to draw a bath on my arrival only to find there was no hot water. After running the tap for 10-15 minutes, the bath finally achieved a warm enough temperature. This remained a problem throughout my stay. When I reported this to the front desk they only made excuses that it was winter, no apology. I'm sorry, but a four star hotel should not have ANY problems with hot water. I won't be back.

A good family hotel. Very clean and the rooms have large windows and good view of the beach and pool.
