Pros:

Ótima Localização, café da manhã excelente, piscina, cachoeira e trilha maravilhosa, ótimo atendimento (fomos muito bem recebidos e funcionários muito solicitos) e limpeza dos quartos ótimo.

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ter identificação de quente e frio, por que as vezes abria um lado e ficava quente e o outro também quente e se abria os dois permanecia quente kkk, e tinha vez que da mesma forma que abria um lado e já ficava fria, o controle de vasao da água (quando abria o registro ia água para todo lado e pouco no meio. A porta do quarto que da acesso a área, tinha muita dificuldade para abrir e não vi a trava de fechar por dentro (só tinha em um dos lados). E a porta do armário que tambem emperrava quando tentava abrir o lado esquerdo. O corredor deveria ter luz com sensor de presença, na madrugada entrava bastante claridade no quarto.

Only book it if it is best price by far. Not walkable to the falls.

The pool area is simple but nice and well-maintained.

The staff are incredibly unhelpful and unpleasant.

We went to the restaurant the first night and ordered dinner. The food took over an hour to come after it was ordered, the server didn’t come by to check in or see if we wanted more to drink while we waited, and when the food came it was so bad that it couldn’t be cut with a knife and had to be sent back. This is the only time I’ve ever sent food back in my life. I went to bed hungry.

We asked for help to get a taxi or transport and the front desk sent us to the travel desk. We went to the travel desk and he told us to take an uber to the airport and talk to the taxi drivers there. In the end I did a google search and found a couple taxi companies on my own and booked one to the falls.

The location isn’t walkable and alongside a major road. You need to uber everywhere. If you had an outside room you’d be staring at the main road.

The rooms and hotel is mid at best as the hallways are dark at night and the beds aren’t very comfortable.

Está muy cerca de cataratas y Parque das aves. Unos 200mts. Fuimos caminando. También del Aqua Foz.
El desayuno muy abundante un 10.
El personal siempre muy atento.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar para ingresar a la habitación. Igualmente nos ofrecieron guardar el equipaje y aprovechamos a ir a cataratas. Muy amables.!
El hall no tiene aire acondicionado o ventilador, Tuvimos que esperar un rato allí. Con un ventilador de pie se soluciona y es una "atención" a los pasajeros.
El resto tiene una carta algo "chica" en cuanto a opciones. Justo quisimos pedir pizza y no había más.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff is friendly, but everything is formal. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant is average, good Caipirinhas. Check-in is simple, the rooms are well maintained. There is not much space, but it was enough for two. The view from the window is of the highway under construction... There is an outdoor pool, well maintained, with sun loungers and tables, you can drink cocktails and enjoy the peace and nature. The establishment cooperates with a transfer company, so the transfer from the airport is free. No recommendations were needed. Right next to the entrance to the national park - 5 min. walk. 15 min. walk to the amusement park.

Cons:

Although there were many free places - they accommodated us with a view of the highway... The breakfast is quite extensive, but disappointing in its quality, the fruit could be tastier, ripe. As in Brazil, the breakfast would be average.

Hotel cómodo, bueno para una estancia corta.
Pros:

buen desayuno, buena accesibilidad, habitación espaciosa, ubicación estratégica cerca del aeropuerto, entorno tranquilo. Personal bilingue.

Cons:

es un hotel ya viejito, le falta algo de buena iluminación mas acorde a las habitaciones, con eso realzaría bien el espacio.
