el hotel no disponía de recepcionista, al llegar estuvimos un rato afuera ya que hay un sistema telemático que llamas y alguien te contesta desde algún lugar. Pero no habíamos sido informados en ningún momento en la información de la reserva. Por la noche saltó la alarma de madrugada porque un huésped debió fumar. Y tuve que bajar a investigar como avisar y de que habitación venía la alarma, llamando en la máquina con cámara, sin saber si era una emergencia real o no, un ruido ensordecedor de la alarma y el susto de despertarnos todos. Aunque no es culpa del hotel, si no del huésped,vinieron después de un rato a solucionarlo.
