Pros:

This was more like a 2/3 star property. We had to carry our own luggage up and down the stairs. Beds were hard and linens were like sandpaper. The location was good but a little difficult to find, and you will have to have your luggage dropped off otherwise drag them through town yourself. Would not recommend.

The staff providing and outstanding experience. The pool is amazing. Location is perfect. The front desk handled all the questions and transfers. Definitely a repeat stay in the future.

Pros:

Beautiful property with a nice pool close to everything. Breakfast was good enough to get the day started and the best part was getting out and being close to shops and restaurants . The front desk guy at night was a bit moody but other than that, service was excellent

The hotel was ok. There was a strange/bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the wall was scuffed up from many previous guests suitcases. The bathroom was the smallest we’ve seen in Europe so far (between Turkey, Greece, and Italy). On the plus side, the pool was very nice and the location is great. If you’re simply looking for a bed to sleep in, this place is ok. Otherwise I’d stay somewhere else.

Beautiful & Authentic Capri Stay

Charming property with a true old Italian villa vibe. Rooms are small but cute and clean — nothing overly fancy, but perfect for a Capri getaway. The location is great, close to everything, and the staff is helpful.

The only downside was carrying my luggage up from the port myself — it’s quite a trek. I had no ideal that I can get help.
I highly recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to arrange luggage pickup so you can start your stay on a happy note.

Overall, I’d happily return for a short and sweet Capri escape.

Pros:

La gente del hotel muy amable. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y transmiten tranquilidad. El desayuno es variado y muy sabroso. El área de la piscina está muy bien atendidas y el personal muy amable.
Siendo un hotel de estas características debería mejorar sus amenities en las habitaciones ( botellas agua sin costo adicional, cafetera, té, café, etc)

This olace has a great location. The front desk staff and manager are very nice. The pool area is nice but some pool staff are less than accommodating. The rooms are very small and dingy. It was bot worth the money for the convenience of location.

Superb and classy old school hotel that has wonderfully maintained its arched plaster and marble floors - with modern amenities and upgraded bathrooms. Get one with a patio and you’ll not want to leave. Friendly staff!
