Very good restaurant, clean, modern, large rooms
Pros:

Overall it was good and I would book it again
Pros:

The space, bedrooms close to each other, kitchen fully equipped, restaurant close by, couches very comfortable. The price was incrediclble, I paid 2400 for a family of 4 including breakfast for 4.

Cons:

The bedrooms were stuffy from moisture, not sure if it’s because we were on the ground floor or what. Maybe they need some air cons like in the bathroom. The bed was hard, maybe it’s just not my preference

Cons:

Rooms are very dirty and they have bad smell with lot of cockroaches . I don’t recommend anyone to book on this Hotel.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent
The staff was great

Cons:

The location is hidden, with a possibility of missing it if not from around.
The room was okay, however not properly cleaned, snails where roming in the room
The room was placed on the second floor with the outside staircase without lights

Very comfy and location is great. Air-conditioned rooms made such a difference with the humidity

The floors in suite were dusty a good wash, not just sweeping, will make a difference.

Professional and convenient hotel for a business trip to Tzaneen
Pros:

This is our 2nd time that we stay at the hotel on a business trip and we appreciate the location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and comfort. Close to restaurants and easy access to main road.
