Someone else at the reception got angry with me because I took three muffins for my little brother, who was not present during breakfast. The booking was for four guests, but only two guests had breakfast.

I have spent more than R25,000 at this hotel. At first, I felt very welcome, but things have changed. The last issue is that they don’t have smoking rooms, and whenever you smoke at the hotel, the security guards complain.

Pros:

It was so centralised with the mall nearby , their breakfast is really good, bed is so comfy and it's very spacious.

Cons:

The hot water stopped when I was bathing, but their awesome staff member assist us so quickly and problem was solved.
