Pros:

Didn't have breakfast it wasn't included

Cons:

My autistic son came back with bed bugs bites and he has been very ill because he's got a low immune system never well I go there again. I am trying to get my money back of booking.com but you are being funny I will get it back because I deserve it what my child has been through and compensation.

I did not stay booked elsewhere and still waiting for a refund
Pros:

There was nothing that I liked with the Crown, outside looked pleasant, but when you went inside it was very dank looking. Not disability friendly and lots is stairs and winding corridors to get to the room

Cons:

It said that it had been recently refurbished, not sure how recent that was, there was bunk beds, a double and single bed in the room. My friend and her husband saw the condition of the place.

Great value!
Pros:

For the price, it was really nice! TV, shower and tea and coffe making facilities all good.

Cons:

It is a little noisy if the bar downstairs is busy until closing time. It's not as nice as pricier options, but is very affordable.

Price was good, staff and room were clean and fine

Cons:

Extremely noisy, other guests playing very loud music. No heating turned on in the middle of winter, very uncomfortable

Was in a fantastic spot.
Very old with character. Was clean.

Cons:

That it was hard work with suitcases and hand luggage as there were lots of stairs and hallways to our room.

Satisfactory & pleasurable.
Pros:

I didn't have a breakfast. The location was excellent, central & close to all my activities & events.

Cons:

I'd have liked my towels to get changed during my stay, & a room clean.

Don't stay on Friday or Saturday if you value your sleep
Pros:

Location was excellent. Bus stop outside, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes. Promenade and sea front a few minutes walk.Room and bed were clean

Cons:

Room and landing stunk of smoke,very noisy, although we were expecting that.what we weren't expecting was fighting and swearing until 03.30 am.we paid for 3 nights but left after two nights.

Great location and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Great location in the centre of Ryde. The staff were very helpful when I needed them. I would have liked to have tried the restaurant but the chef was off sick so I was told.

Cons:

I couldn't get all the channels on the TV as it kept asking for a pass code. Also it was quite noisy at times being just above the bar.
