The bed was big and comfy. The shower was very small. The room was clean and tidy & the music was very good
Getting up the hill to the property although there were buses available to get you to wherever you wanted to go to. Overall, it was ok as only spent two nights sleeping there
Location in the center with bus stop near by.
The room smelled, the shower room smelled too as if there was a problem with the drain.
the location is great
the bed, so uncomfortable and noisy. the other staying were so noisy. the music unexpected for a week day and until 12.30am!! awful smel in the room
Stayed here before. And always happy with our stay. Can't complain for the money. Rooms have what you want. Are clean. Staff helpful
Not much. All good. Some rowdy people from the pub outside
Location as its good for accessing local amenities and transport links.
Hotel was looking dated , most of corridor had clutter of alsorts and made it look like jumble sale, including in hotels side door entrance area. Carpets in hallway and floor in room wasn't as clean as I thought it be, maybe it was quickly hoovered . Host who showed us to room seemed fed up so I guess staff shortages is to b fault so I won't be put of staying here again but others might differ or have stayed before etc.
Didn't have breakfast it wasn't included
My autistic son came back with bed bugs bites and he has been very ill because he's got a low immune system never well I go there again. I am trying to get my money back of booking.com but you are being funny I will get it back because I deserve it what my child has been through and compensation.
There was nothing that I liked with the Crown, outside looked pleasant, but when you went inside it was very dank looking. Not disability friendly and lots is stairs and winding corridors to get to the room
It said that it had been recently refurbished, not sure how recent that was, there was bunk beds, a double and single bed in the room. My friend and her husband saw the condition of the place.
For the price, it was really nice! TV, shower and tea and coffe making facilities all good.
It is a little noisy if the bar downstairs is busy until closing time. It's not as nice as pricier options, but is very affordable.
