AMAZING and welcoming.
Pros:

Wow, the breakfast was delicious (chefs kiss). I couldn't get enough of biscuits and gravy. The staff were friendly and their customer service was excellent; their friendliness made us feel welcome.

Cons:

Absolutely NOTHING to dislike.

The night staff and location were excellent

Cons:

Julia was very rude. All of the drinks I bought at their shop were expired and when I pointed this out to her she said " That's impossible, I restocked those myself yesterday. " then when it I proved it to her she refused to give me a refund or replace the beverages.

That some of the gym equipment was not fully functioning (one treadmill didn't work and a pin was missing on the leg machine.

Cons:

no snacks in the where u buy extras items during your stay teenagers was there for tournment during first night there. left nothing to buy but frozen items. next night nothing I ask clerk how come no snacks said no one brought any and to go next door or. town pump my hubby diabetic and need to have someone around. usuly late evening so I walk next door to get. 3 items next day had to ask housekeeping for clean towels
