Great location and equipped with all you can ask for
Pros:

Great location, fully equipped kitchen with washing and drying machine

Cons:

Shower is way too small, I barely fit. The door of the room has a problem, it does not close securely, one gentle push and you can open it, I noticed on my last day, it should definitely be fixed.

I had an excellent time
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy walk to almost all sights and some were very close. Easy access from airport. Communication with First of Florence was very good and prompt - everyone friendly and helpful. Apartment ideal for single person or couple. Well equipped for making light meals. Convenient supermarket a few yards away.the

Cons:

The apartment was a little gloomy when I visited in February during a rainy period, but well lit with electric light. The digital locks on street and apartment doors were a little difficult to master to begin with - but help was always at hand.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona centralissima ma tranquilla la notte, a due passi dal Duomo, con tanti locali e negozi. Con due bimbi piccoli, io e mia moglie l’abbiamo trovata comodissima soprattutto perché a piedi, con due passeggini, si può visitare tutto il centro storico. Anche stare a casa la sera, dopo una giornata fuori, era piacevole e rilassante. Se si ha la macchina ci sono un paio di garage custoditi a pagamento nella parallela di via dei servi, ed è una bella comodità visto che in centro non si può parcheggiare.

Parfait pour une semaine de séjour ou plus! On va definitivement retourner.
Pros:

La déco, le fait qu'il y ait 2 étages. Entrée + salon + salle à manger + cuisine en bas. Ensuite, chambre (grand lit très confortable) et salle de bain à l'étage. Spacieux, calme, propre et cozy. Le logement a depassé nos attentes. J'ai bcp apprecié la déco comme si cétait la maison de mes grands-parents. les meubles en bois pour le rangement aussi. lave vaisselle et machine à laver inclus! que du luxe dans un hotel. Situé dans le centre ville de Florence, tout est proche à pied.

Ένα άνετο και ήσυχο με ευγενικό προσωπικό κατάλυμα κοντά στη Duomo
Pros:

Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό ( ιδίως η κυρία που φρόντιζε για την καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος. Μας εξήγησε πώς λειτουργούν οι συσκευές). Υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν που λειτουργούσε κατά τις ώρες του check in.
Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ένα ήσυχο και σε ιδανική θέση για περιηγήσεις κατάλυμα.

Cons:

Υπήρχαν 3 μπάνια αλλά τα 2 είχαν διάφορα προβλήματα. Υπήρχαν περισσότεροι διακόπτες για το φως από όσους έπρεπε. Η πόρτα του διαμερίσματος χρειάζεται επισκευή ( χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τους υπεύθυνους για να μας ανοίξουν.) Μια μικρή ανακαίνιση θα το έκανε τέλειο!

Espectacular!!
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular! Por poco y no dormimos en el Duomo 😂.. el apartamento es cómodo aunque las escaleras un poco empinadas, pero es lo de menos!

Cons:

La entrada es un poco complicada. Nos ayudó la señora del restaurante de enfrente, sino todavía estábamos en la puerta intentando entrar .. 🙄😂😂

An amazingly central location with lots of space for a family of 4
Pros:

Good location, and broadly good facilities. Kitchen and facilities had everything needed.

Cons:

The beds were very hard, the flat needed some maintenance (loose handles, curtains off the rail) and was quite noisy in the evening with garage truck collections and people walking home from pubs/restaurants. Sound proofing wasn’t great.
