We had a great stay and are very happy we slected this property - we would do so again!
Pros:

B&B hosts were very responsive & helpful. They even scheduled an early morning taxi for us when the resevervation fell thru. The location was great! There is a lot of room in the units - much better than a small hotel room. Had a full kitchen with dishware and various coffee/tea makers. Also had a washer/dryer combo in the apartment - so we were able to pack much lighter since we could clean clothes there as needed. The hosts had put together a useful booklet for topics that guests would need.

Cons:

Only small things - lighting sconces missing, Washing Machine Manual missing, upstairs shower door did not operate smoothly (door kept falling off). None of these things were that important, but would be good for staff to address them to keep up the property.

Demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece.
Pros:

Sin duda lo mejor fue la cercanía al Duomo, localización muy céntrica.

Cons:

Creo que el nivel de hoteles en Italia en general es bastante regular, pero pagar 220 € por noche por un apartamento antiguo, con una cama que se unde, con un ruido en la calle por las noches y a las 6 de la mañana que pasan a recojer la basura es difícil dormir por la noche, así como una ducha minúscula y bastante incomoda.
Al no haber recepción, solo se comunican contigo por mensajes de booking (en mi caso) con lo que si no tienes notificaciones activadas igual ni te enteras…

L’emplacement très bien

Cons:

La climatisation fait énormément de bruit donc pas utilisable la nuit. Mais ça doit être réparable.
Un appartement pour 4 personnes mais le 2eme lit double est un lit canapé convertible qui est très inconfortable.

Appartamento molto carino nel centro della città, a due passi dal Duomo (letteralmente!). Arredamento in stile, accogliente, curato e funzionale. Comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Ci torneremo

The definition of the bare minimum

- excellent location in the heart of florence
- spacious lodgings
- supermarket down the block
- washer in unit

Cons:

Cons:
- don't expect staff to help you with anything. They will tell you they cannot and be rude about it.
- cleaning lady only shows up at check-out to demand you take your own trash down the block.
- toilet tank dripped down on us when using the toilet
- not enough toiletries, including toilet paper, I requested more and was ignored.
- half of the appliances in our units did not function, including a shower.
- Mold in shower jets.

We got three units for seven people and had issues in all three. I wouldn't stay again.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, se llega en un minuto al Duomo, Calle con restaurantes buenos y algunas tiendas de barrio para comprar lo necesario..

La decoración podría mejorar, y sería fantástico que la sala fuese más confortable
