ESPERIENZA DELUDENTE, SOPRATTUTTO PER L'ACCOGLIENZA E LA POCA DISPONIBILITÀ

L'unica nota positiva della struttura è stata la gentilezza e la simpatia dell'autista della navetta che ci accompagnava in spiaggia.

Cons:

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due giorni con nostra figlia di un anno. Siamo arrivati la mattina alle 9:00 e ci è stato comunicato che la camera non sarebbe stata pronta fino alle 15:00 (a fronte di un check-out fissato alle 10:00). Quando abbiamo chiesto di poter usufruire della spiaggia convenzionata per il soggiorno, ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 30 € solo per accedervi prima delle 15:00. Oltre al danno la beffa: allontanandomi dalla reception, ho nettamente sentito la receptionist criticare le mie legittime osservazioni con il collega.

Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di far pranzare nostra figlia alle 12:00 e, pagando, pranzare anche noi e usufruire per qualche ora della piscina. Ci è stata concessa soltanto la possibilità di far mangiare la bambina.

Al check-out il direttore mi ha chiesto personalmente come fosse andata la permanenza e ho quindi riferito quanto accaduto, spiegando chiaramente le mie perplessità. Nonostante la spiegazione, la direzione ha scelto di non fare alcun gesto concreto per rimediare.

Non pretendevamo un trattamento di favore né che venissero fatte eccezioni alle regole della struttura. La cortesia che ci aspettavamo era semplicemente un po' di maggiore attenzione e disponibilità, considerando che eravamo una famiglia con una bimba di appena un anno e che le nostre richieste erano legate esclusivamente alle sue esigenze.

Non lo consiglio a chi viaggia con bambini e cerca un clima accogliente.

The staff / pool and location near amazing beach was great.

Overall average.
The room was small and the balcony view they gave is was terrible.
They charge you for pool towel rental daily (which they removed after complaint). Which we never have encountered anywhere we went overall these years.

Pros:

la surface de la chambre (mais nous avions pris un appartement situé juste à coté du bâtiment principal de l'hôtel)
l'efficacité de la climatisation (ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans certains endroits)
la plage avec son restaurant, propre, service très sympathique et qualité des repas, nous y avons déjeunés 4 fois !

Cons:

Nous avions réservé un appartement rez-de-chaussée qui jouxte l'hôtel. le plus compliqué >La taille de la salle de bain et du bac à douche (plus petit c'est un lavabo posé par terre avec en plus une grosse fuite qui détrempait le sol)
Le système du service de chambre>il n'y en a pas ! vos serviettes de salle de bain sont changées tous les 3 jours en même temps que vos draps de lit mais personne ne vient le faire, le service de chambre vous dépose sur l'étendoir devant votre porte, vos serviettes et vos draps, il faut réclamer du papier toilette et du gel douche ou savon et à vous de faire votre lit mais aussi de balayer le sol de la salle à manger ou vider vos poubelles. j'ai loupé l'info avant de réserver mais j'ai vérifié et comme par hasard c'est la seule la seule rubrique qui n'est pas traduite dans votre langue sur la confirmation, comme c'est bizarre ! l'odeur de renfermé dans la chambre est désagréable, je ne viens pas en vacances à l'hôtel pour faire mon lit et le ménage ! du coup le rapport qualité/prix qui était bon devient mauvais ! A savoir avant de réserver, il parle de supplément mais pas le prix sur Booking! ce n'est pas normal. La cuisine est spartiate avec une hotte de cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas.
mais je pense qu'elle était déjà là quand j'avais 15 ans et j'en ai 54 ! Autre chose, les appartements sont sur la rue principale qui est très passante donc bruyante. il y a un bar situé dans la rue juste en face "le MOJITO" c'est un enfer il est ouvert toute la nuit et chaque nuit les clients font un bruit infernal ! ils se moquent de savoir si des gens dorment à 10 mètres d'eux, nous avons entendu des cris, des rires et des gens complétements ivres jusqu'à 3H30 du matin touts les soirs avec départ de motos ou voitures à fond histoire d'en rajouter ! résultat nous avons très mal dormi pendant le séjour.

Struttura elegante e d'impatto
Pros:

Struttura principale elegante e curata nei dettagli, dalle infradito alla colazione ricca e molto variegata oltre ad avere prodotti davvero di qualità e tipici, ma anche una facilità di parcheggio. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, la persona che ci ha intercettati è stata di una gentilezza unica, davvero lodevole. Anche il lido molto comodo e ben Gestito, per chi è stato li sicuramente potrà confermare che "Nino" è un simpaticone!

Cons:

La dependance da l'idea di essere meno importante
, oltretutto per raggiungere la sala ristorante bisogna uscire all'esterno quindi esposti al caldo/freddo o eventuale pioggia.

La cosa che meno mi è piaciuta è stato l'atteggiamento di una persona alla reception che quando l'ho informata di un crollo del rivestimento in cemento esterno della struttura quasi non sono stato creduto fino a che non ho mostrato le foto. Il cliente non ha sempre ragione come recita un vecchio detto, ma se con garbo ed educazione si fa semplicemente presente un "pericolo, perché se ci fossimo ritrovati sul balcone avremmo rischiato molto per non dire quanto, e si invita a correre ai ripari, quanto meno mi aspetto un approccio diverso. Ma purtroppo o per fortuna non siamo tutti uguali, anche perché avremmo potuto marciare sull'accaduto ma non ci interessava questo quanto più segnalare per evitare rischi ad eventuali ospiti.

Hotel moderno, curato e pulito. Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura chiamata "depandance", a due passi da quella principale potendo usufruire di tutti i servizi. Lido privato altrettanto buono, raggiungibile con navetta in 2 minuti o con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Personale gentile e ambiente rilassante!

Cons:

Avendo prenotato con poco anticipo era rimasta solo una camera molto piccola, senza balcone e con spazi ridotti. Non che non mi sia piaciuta, ma per il prezzo alto pagato mi sarei aspettata una camera più comoda.
