Freundliches und bemühtes Personal.
Frühstück ok

Cons:

Nicht 4 Sterne würdig.
Kein Wellness, kein gym, Farbe blättert überall ab, sanitär Anlage beim Pool geschlossen, bzw defekt. Toiletten Tür im öffentlichen Bereich defekt, nur Regen duschen und großteils verkalkt.

letto molto comodo. colazione a buffet ottima e abbondante, con tanta scelta anche di prodotti locali. ampio parcheggio. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene, con conseguente fuoriuscita dell'acqua dal piatto doccia verso il pavimento.
Altra nota: la formazione dei ragazzi, molto giovane peraltro, dovrebbe essere fatta meglio. Mi è capitato personalmente di ricevere a colazione un cappuccino (tra l'altro fatto da macchinetta automatica sicuramente e non dal bar, non da hotel 4 stelle forse) con tutto il piattino sottostante bagnato del cappuccino che era uscito dalla tazza. Assolutamente non presentabile al tavolo. Sul momento ho lasciato correre per evitare un richiamo a questo ragazzo da parte dei suoi superiori, ma un'occhio di riguardo.

Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding and the hotel and restaurant staff were spectacular. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach trip. There was an option to take a shuttle to/from the beach or it was a quick and easy walk. The pool was pretty and well kept.

Parkplatz beim Hotel war gratis.
Zudem ein gratis Shuttle-Service vom Hotel zum dazugehörigen Strand - die Fahrer waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem andern Hotel untergebracht, welches anscheinend zu der Hotelkette dazugehört.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich.
Wenn man ein Handtuch für den Pool oder Strand vom Hotel möchte, muss man im Hotel 3€ pro Handtuch und 4€ am Strand für ein Handtuch zahlen.
Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber & total abgenutzt.
Anscheinend wurden die Zimmer laut der Frau von der Rezeption vor geraumer Zeit renoviert, jedoch wenn man den Zustand der Zimmer anschaut muss das auch schon ein paar Jahre her sein. Im Badezimmer wurden die Fließen offensichtlich noch nie geputzt, sodass sogar noch die mit Bleistift draufgeschriebenen Markierungen und Abmessungen noch gut sichtbar waren, wenn man mit dem Finger drüber gefahren ist wären sie ganz leicht abgegangen. An den Wänden waren einige Flecken. Beim Zimmerservice wurde der Boden weder gesaugt oder gekehrt, geschweige denn gewischt.
Zimmerwechsel wäre nur in ein noch schlechteres Zimmer möglich gewesen.
Weiters war die Qualität vom angebotenen Frühstücken miserabel. Wenn man einen Kaffee wollte musste man ihn 5x bestellen. Das Personal beim Frühstück räumt nur die Tische ab und probiert die Gäste zu ignorieren.
Auf die Frage, ob man bitte ein frisches Besteck haben kann, kam die Antwort „Nein, gibt es nicht.“
Auch auf die Frage, ob man ein zuständiges frisches Handtuch für‘s Zimmer bekommen kann, weil eines dreckig war, kam die Antwort „Nein“ ohne weitere Erläuterung oder Entschuldigung.
Von Kundenservice hat man in diesem Hotel noch nie was gehört.
Wenn man am dazugehörigen Strand in die erste Reihe liegen möchte, kostet das 15€ pro Sonnenliege und 10€ pro Liege in der zweiten Reihe. Alle anderen sind inkludiert. Demnach sind alle Liegen in den ersten beiden Reihen frei, welche dafür vom Personal für ihr Mittagsschläfchen oder zum Eisessen verwendet wird.

Very nice holtel!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and decorated so classy yet fun. I loved they had beach access and provided umbrellas and chairs and shuttle. A very nice breakfast as well. Lots of fresh choices. Even fresh made to order omelette and also gourmet cheeses even with honeycomb. Overall a very nice place to stay! The staff was very kind and helpful.

Наверное только завтрак, был разнообразные и пляж был приятный, чистый который относился к отелю, достаточно часто ходил трансфер до пляжа, просто последний уходил рано в 19:00 с пляжа и потом если не успел пешком идти… это примерно 15 минут до отеля… что касается корпусов, то нас заселили в соседнем здании, сначала вообще без балкона и с маленьким окном, где может начаться клаустрофобия… точно не был 25 квадратов от силы 15 и того нет… потом еле переселили с балконом даже можно сказать с террасой которую использовали только что бы посушить полотенца… в остальном она грязная не нужная такая огромная… стулья грязные перед тем как посушить что то я все протерла несколько раз от слоя грязи… полотенца первый раз лежали в ванной очень очень старые потрепанные и рваные… если заселятся то думаю только в главный комплекс что на главной картинке для заманивания)) в общем мы наслаждались морем и пляжем! Пляж классный песчаный и приятно было там отдыхать!
