Pros:

We were disappointed with our stay at Blue Tuana Hotel. Upon arrival, we were moved to a different property, the Big Orange Hotel, located two buildings away, I am guessing they were sold out. Unfortunately, the experience there was not up to standard. The hotel felt very dated, the carpets were dirty, and our room had a strong sewer smell. While the location is excellent and the view from our suite was beautiful, several details were lacking. The pillows were uncomfortably tall and left us with neck pain, there was not enough toilet paper provided, and breakfast was mediocre—not terrible, but certainly not great either.

Pros:

Management and staff are very responsible and helpful. Good communication from both owner and staff. Breakfast was very good and staff will accommodate milk for baby. Overall a good place to stay. Nice and cozy place, and like 2 mins walk to Blue Mosque and Hafiz Mustafa.

Pros:

Hotel was gehorig, douche was vies (veel schimmel) en het raam in de kamer zat nog aan 1 scharnier vast, leek alsof het eraf zou vallen.
WiFi was erg slecht en de kamer waar wij zaten was erg klein, we zagen alleen wel dat het hotel ook iets grotere kamers had.
Lamp op de gang van het hotel werkte niet (bevat bewegingssensor, maar ging niet aan) en de reling van de trap was laag en zat helemaal los.
Lamp boven het bed was ook kapot, matras van het bed was hard en het headboard zat ook los.
Qua tv: waren alleen Turks talige zenders die werkten.
Waren genoeg stopcontacten aanwezig in de kamer.

Wat we een beetje misten in de kamer was een prullenbak, haakjes aan de muur, extra wc papier (er was minder dan 1 rol en we kregen niks extra).

Ontbijt was niet top, ook vroegen ze 3 euro extra als je omelet wilde. Medewerkster was ook met handschoenen aan aan haar gezicht aan het krabben en zat aan haar haar en ging vervolgens verder met het eten maken.

De medewerkers beneden waren over het algemeen erg vriendelijk, namen onze koffers aan en regelden een shuttle naar het vliegveld. Alleen, 1 medewerker sprak 0 Engels, waardoor communicatie via Google translate verliep.

Locatie van het hotel was vlakbij de moskeeën en 5-10 minuten van de tram. Ook veel restaurantjes in de buurt.

Отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Мелкие поблемки решались на месте. Персонал приветливый, все знают русский либо английский. Завтраки вкусные, особенно сыр. Рекомендую

Pros:

El hotwl esta muy bien ubicado a unas cuadras de la mezquita Azul y Santa Sofhia, en el area hay muchos comerxios y restaurantes, el perso al super amable, y el desayuno tipo bufet esta super rico y la terraza del hotel donde sirven el desayuno tiene unas super vistas tanto del rio como de las mezquitas que es lo que me encanta, la habitacion muy completa y en buen estado.

Из минусов:
- При бронировании отеля был указан трансфер, включенный в стоимость, но в отеле сказали, что трансфер предоставляется за отдельную плату.
- Нас поселили на 1 этаже возле ресепшена. Сказали, что мы бронировали этот номер, но я никакой номер при бронировании не выбирала. В принципе ничего плохого, кроме того, что это полуподвальный номер и с улицы слышны все разговоры. Также все разговоры и очень четко слышны с респшена, что сильно ухудшило качество сна. Номера выше были за доплату.
- В ванной есть плесень
Из плюсов:
- персонал приятен и готов помочь
- вцелом номер чистый и удобный
- расположение идеальное: рядом с морем и с достопримечательностями
- больше всего понравилось кафе на крыше с видом на море и все достопримечательности. Очень уютно и завтракать там одно удовольствие. Отдельное спасибо повару, все свежее и вкусное.

Pros:

The location is wonderful it is in the historical area in Istanbul, all restaurants and shops are very close, the blue Mosque and famous museums are near.

The room is narrow and the breakfast area is on the terrace in the sixth floor and no elevator in the building.

Hermosa vista desde la terraza donde sirven un excelente desayuno ya incluido en la reserva. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Está ubicado en una excelente zona muy cerca de la Mezquita Azul y cerca de comercios y restaurantes. Lo recomiendo

Welcoming hotel, very well situated
Pros:

Very kind and welcoming employees, the hotel is situated nearby Sultanahmet mosque and Aya sofia, we used the tramway only twice.
The street is quiet at night, and the place not very hot because of the presence of the sea.
The buffet is quite varied, with sweet and salt turkish food, it was a real pleasure to take our breakfast facing sultanahmet mosque and aya sofia in the terrace.
The wifi was very powerful, and it was a good point to have the air conditioner.
