Cons:

Unfortunately the staff and the manager wasn’t very friendly, just a few people could speak English, we got the room totally different than what I saw on the pictures, you have to pay for the pool towels EXTRA, that wasn’t written down on the offer on the booking, pool towels were like 7 euros each plus deposit for it 10 euros each and you have one towel for your whole stay and if you want to get a new one you have to pay extra 4 euros!! It was so loudy so if you want to rest and go to sleep at regular hours 10/11pm forget about it. It was so loud I till the night that I was not able to go to sleep! You don’t even get normal toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. And it’s more like a 3 star hotel than 4. Overall I wouldn’t recommend!

Pros:

La stanza era tutto sommato carina e pulita. Bella anche la piscina che necessiterebbe di maggiore cura e pulizia. Comodo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo, ma non è un resort 4 stelle!

Cons:

La colazione non pervenuta!! alle 8.30 non erano più disponibili briosche e croissant!! Disponibilità di altre tipologie tipo biscotti o altro abbastanza scarso. Le macchine erogratrici di caffè e capuccino semplicemente non accettabili, acqua colorata imbevibile!! Pranzo e cena accettabile come varietà di cibo, ma gestita in maniera non professionale. La distribuzione a buffet - self service non è gestibile con centinaia di persone ospiti. I percorsi dove è presente il cibo è dispersivo, quasi sempre mancano cartelli con indicazione ingredienti e si crea una bolgia umana per servirsi.

Colazione con tanta scelta,dalla frutta ai cornetti freschi,brioche tante torte di tutto e di più 😋😋

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto vedere tutto lo spreco delle persone (ritornavano piatti mezzi pieni) per me, non lascerei che i bambini si servano da soli riempiono troppo i piatti e mangiano magari solo due cucchiai e il resto va sprecato.

Resort tranquillo, pulito, ordinato. Ottima attenzione per i pasti e ottima la qualità dei prodotti, avendo varie intolleranze alimentari, da parte del responsabile di sala Giovanni, perfetta Marta (non sono sicuro del nome), ottima disponibilità dello chef, oltre loro in sala tutti sempre disponibili e attenti, con il sorriso. Ottime le pizze di Franco.
Ottimi i bagnini sia Valentino, sia ????, un ragazzo del posto, veramente bravi e professionali

Cons:

-1-Trenino per la spiaggia, in alcuni orari necessario più di un viaggio, quando richiesto è stato detto che il viaggio era uno e chi non ci stava non poteva farci niente. Inoltre dalle 12.30 alle 15 nessun viaggio, da rivedere l'organizzazione.
-2- In spiaggia mancano i bagni e un piccolo ristoro.
-3- Non mi è piaciuta per niente l'animazione. Non è coinvolgente. I ragazzi sono molto educati e sorridenti. Manca proprio l'organizzazione, se sono in spiaggia, il mattino, in piscina per i bambini non c'è nessuno. Da rivedere totalmente, è un vero peccato, molti si sono lamentati. Inficia tutto il buono della struttura specialmente per famiglie con bambini piccoli.
